With the nasty weather in the order to go with my walker, I would have a difficult time walking to the car that was three stores away from where I was here at Jimmy John’s so I met the employee Olivia Olivia not only took my order and prepared it, but she took the time as she’ll see in the photograph to make sure that everything that I had ordered was secure in this bag so that when I walked back to the car, it held in place nothing spilled and I would get home with a wonderful delicious meal. Olivia outdid herself and I’m just proud how she represents this company in such a great way along with the other employees here at this location the other Jimmy John’s are just nice, but this is the first time I’ve ever had Olivia or someone employed like her to go well beyond the means and even holding the door open for me in the cold so I could leave safely. I recommend this place to anybody. It’s the craziest parking lot. It’s a dangerous parking lot so be careful but the Jimmy John’s these people are great employees. I will add the photo shortly.

The staff was very and engaging, enjoyably so! Preparation was “freekey fast” indeed. The roast beef on the Hunters Club is always cooked to a perfectly pink rare and the whole wheat bread they use is among the tastiest. The JJBLT was also delicious.

Caroline was so nice!! The employees are wonderful and make great conversation while you’re there. The space was very clean and they made my food so fast. I love jimmy johns and Caroline just made it more awesome!!

My order was good once I fixed the parts of my sandwich that were made wrong. I asked for no lettuce or tomato but my sandwich had both.

Got my sandwhich wrong twice. First it had cheese when I ordered no cheese, and was missing the hot peppers. Then they forgot the tomatoes somehow even though they were on the original. They then proceeded to try to have me hand over the sandwhich I already took a bite out of so they could put it back on their make line and add the tomatoes. I obviously refused as that is illegal and a huge servsafe violation. Not sure if anyone working there is qualified to be handling food. Will not be returning, which is unfortunate because they are so close to my job and I used to never have issues with this location. Disgusting practices and no attention to detail. I recommend everyone avoids this location.

I placed an order in the app at 11:01am for my lunch break. My work is literally right down the street, but I couldn’t leave to pick up myself due to coverage. My food was not delivered until 11:47. I paid over $28 and left a $5 tip to have 13 minutes to shove My lunch down my throat. What happened to JJ being “freaky fast”? Those days are long gone.

Rude manager and whoever the pale white woman is with clear glasses. Waited 20mins then asked for a refund because I had to go back to work and they refused after 4 requests. Finally they said it’s “voided” but they still charged me, the manager stormed out of the room saying she’s going to quit over me politely asking multiple times for a refund. Maybe you shouldn’t hold that position if you struggle with basic human interaction

Thank you Jimmy John’s for making a last minute catering deliver for my party. The sandwich boxes were neatly packed and the additional hummus and pita chips we appreciated!!! I called 2x to the store and each time spoke with a pleasant female, never got her name. Thanks again!!!
