If you’re anywhere near Philipsburg, PA and haven’t eaten at Graham’s Up In Smoke, you are seriously missing out!
We ordered the brisket fries with EVERYTHING on them and the smoked mac and cheese…and my goodness… absolutely phenomenal. The brisket was tender, juicy, and packed with that rich, smoky flavor that hits you before you even take your first bite. We were literally drooling just smelling it! The fries were loaded and perfectly cooked, and that smoked mac and cheese? Creamy, cheesy, and infused with just the right amount of smoke to make it unforgettable.
Not only was the food out of this world world delicious, but the gentleman in the kitchen was incredibly kind and welcoming. You can tell there’s pride and passion behind every plate that comes out.
The portions are HUGE!!! you get so much food for what you pay for. Amazing quality, amazing flavor, amazing value.

We stopped in here while traveling through Philipsburg based on excellent reviews we had read and they were spot on. We both had beef brisket which was flavorful, moist, and fall off your fork tender. Hand cut fries were cooked to crispy perfection and were very tasty too. I had mac n cheese and hubby had baked beans, which were both good as well. Portions are very large (neither of us could finish our full meal) and price was very reasonable ($20/per meal for one meat, 2 sides, and a can of soda). Highly recommend you check them out! You will not be disappointed! Dining room was very chilly but server did turn the heat up while we were there, so hopefully that warmed it up a bit after we left.

Stop by this place! It looks inconspicuous from the outside, and has great food inside.
We stopped by and knew we were in the right place when we saw the big smoker out back rolling away, along with the great smell of smoked meats.
We had the brisket and the pulled pork, along with fries and Mac and cheese.
The meats were great, juicy and flavorful. The fries were some of the best we ever had. The Mac and cheese was sort of dry, not our favorite.
The staff was great and explained everything on the menu and stopped by the table to check on us numerous times.
We will stop back again and recommend you do as well!

Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly, the brisket and ribs were flavorful & tender! Mac & cheese is homemade, French fries taste fresh, my husband also got a side of coleslaw, all very delicious. Staff was very friendly & our food was delivered to the table in less than a few minutes. Quick service, delicious food & friendly staff, everything you look for while dining out with your family. Highly recommend, this is our new spot, wish we knew about this place sooner!

WoW !! This was our first visit! Exceeded my expectations! The Brisket was perfectly tender with an Amazing smoke taste ! At my first bite I could tell the brisket was smoked today and the ingredients were fresh.
I had the brisket nachos and when I tell you it is good it’s really is Amazing ( every bite !!! ).
My husband can be picky with his smoked BBQ food ! He had the brisket meal with smoked mac and cheese and he was impressed. We will be back with new customers!! We finally found a great place to bring my parents to for a delicious meal next time they visit.

Saw this place on Google when looking for fast food on our drive from VA to NY.
Small and cute place. Fast service, and very good food. It wasn’t busy when we first came (2pm on a Saturday), but as we were eating more people (seemingly regulars) came in. As we first looked at the menu for a bit, unsure what to get, the girl on register asked if we’d been there before, we hadn’t so she gave an easy explanation of the menu and a paper menu to look at. Both her and the chef, were incredibly nice and friendly.
The food was great! We got the brisket, pulled pork, French fries, coleslaw, baked beans, and potato salad. The meat was incredibly well seasoned, and I really enjoyed the house BBQ sauce. Very good value for the price as well, this was 2 combo meals and we even ended up taking some meat home.
Bathrooms were small, but clean. Be sure to hold down handle to flush.
