Yum Yum Hot Pot

  4.4 – 796 reviews   • Asian restaurant

Hot Pot is a pot of broth that is brought to a boil, and a buffet of meats, vegetables, and Asian cuisines that are meant to be cooked within the broth! Less of a Chinese dish then it is an experience, hot pot is meant to provide a good time to hang out with friends and family while cooking and eating. There are many variations to Hot Pot, but the one offered here is a more modern version, complete with your own personal pot and an all-you-can-eat buffet. There are also a variety of sauces and ingredients to create a sauce catered to your taste.

I went for dinner here with my family of five tonight, and the experience we had was incredible!!! We had never had hot-pot before, and we were not familiar with how to do it, but the staff were amazing! They explained carefully how to turn on the hotpot machine, and helped us choose which things to choose. They even made our sauces for us. Also, our waitress was super friendly and kind. The food did not disappoint, I am vegetarian, and this place had a lot of options. Went to the area to get food, and got many different things. The food was immaculate, and super fun. I got noodles, and loads of veggies!! It all cooked so well in the delicious soup!!! We will definitely come again, it was such a great night!!!

We enjoyed every bite. The food is very fresh, and there is a wide variety. The broths are flavorful, and the service includes an older lady who is an absolute sweetheart—very friendly, kind, and attentive.

The ambiance could be a bit cozier, but it’s not bad. The only thing I will criticize is the host; I’m not sure if she is the owner, the manager, or the person in charge, but she is unpleasant and quite rude. As we were leaving, we greeted her while passing by the register, and she didn’t even look up to return the greeting—she just ignored us. Completely ill-mannered.

I went in for a soup to go. Didn’t know much about the place but the one lady was so friendly and helpful. She took me to the buffet area and explained all the different things to me, so I knew what choices to put in my soup. She was so nice & helpful. The sit down part looked like it would be a fun place to eat. It was very clean. I brought my soup back to the hotel, added in the sauce they give you for it and started eating. The veggies in the soup were so hard. Like the broccoli was like it was just plucked off the stalk and dropped in, the onion chunks were huge, the carrots were hard and the noodles weren’t plentiful. But I chose the shrimp/pork wontons although they do give you 5 of them, they were so mushy. The pork bone broth I chose had absolutely no flavor. It’s a cute place, good service, and clean. But I don’t recommend it if you’re looking for good food and FLAVOR, at all, for your dish. Maybe I missed out on something, but that’s what I got and that’s how it was.

There were no rotating trays. I’ve been to other hot pots places in the past, and I brought my family to this location to have their first ever hot pot experience. To be honest, I was pretty disappointed they didn’t have the magnetic little plates rotating around, I feel like that is half the fun of going to Hot Pot. The food was still fine, but just not quite as fun an experience. I also had some sticker shock at the bill. The food was good but not sure if I’d go again with that price tag. Plus, they included a gratuity without disclosing it and left a spot for additional tip, so we would’ve tipped twice if I didn’t read the receipt carefully.

A must try for any foodie. First let me say that Allison was phenomenal as our waitress tonight. My drink didn’t get below the 1/4 line and she was refilling it. So polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and just a great person who loves her job.
Concept is very cool. Buffett style. $27.99 per person for dinner. Grab what ya want and cook it. Did tons of seafood. Filled me up. Just do not grab what you can’t finish. You will be charged and they do put a note on the table. Plus you’re wasting food and money. Restaurant was very clean. Will definitely return in the future.
Recommend the hot spicy broth.

One of the best food experiences I’ve had in PSL! The restaurant was very welcoming and clean. The staff did a great job explaining how the food experience works. You choose your broth, pick from raw meets and veggies, then cook the food in the broth for 2-3 min. The raw choices were great! Lamb, beef, pork, chicken, shrimp, and other seafood. The veggies selection was fresh and cut to perfect sizes. Their house sauce is a must-have to complement the meal. So many choices of noodles and toppings! It’s pricey but worth it.

My wife and I had a great dinner together! Our waitress was so sweet and even made us a special dipping sauce which was really tasty. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Yum yum hot pot… yum yum is absolutely correct. Fresh food, veggies, seafood, lamb, pork, beef and chicken.
There’s options for meat lovers, seafood lovers and simply vegetarian, the food was amazing and with the touch of spices and your choice of broth made it even better.
Plenty of seating and parking. Our waitress was phenomenal, she stood by our side from start and checked on us til finished, she made sure we understood the Asian concept of how to eat the food first and soup at the end.
The dessert we chose (by her recommendation) was the coconut and pineapple ice cream and she was right!

A definite escape to when you want to feel that you are not in Florida. Thank you for your service and wonderful experience.

I come here at least once a month with my toddler son. The staff is super accommodating and courteous. I love the food. The dumplings are my favorite. I get the medium spicy broth. Whenever I go the conveyor belt is not on but I still enjoy dining here

My wife and I went there for dinner 1/20/2023. This is a unique dining experience. Pick a broth, sauce and your ingredients throw then in the pot and enjoy. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially our server Allison.

The food and atmosphere was excellent. I had a beer my wife had hot saki. Our bill was $71 including drinks and tax before tip. I would recommend this place and we will be back.

Thank you
