I’m not big on burgers but I have to say this is THE BEST cheeseburger I’ve ever had. The bun is soft and buttery, the flavor is THERE. Biting into it was perfection. The staff here are very welcoming and let me try the pastrami. I was not expecting it to be so tender. I look forward to bringing my friends here! Great place

Nice little spot. The staff working was courteous and entertaining. Food was fantastic. The wife had a Reuben burger and I had s Pastrami burger. Both had excellent flavor. The corned beef and Pastrami were both tender and flavorful. The fries were crispy and had a seasoning on them that popped. Great little eatery, we will definitely visit again.

This place has a CBGB’s vibe with all the graffiti on the walls. IYKYK! I ordered the rueben burger with pastrami instead of corned beef. The pastrami was really flavorful, which the owner seems very passionate about. I didn’t realize they use that radioactive cheese sauce on the fries, so I’ll definitely skip that next time.

We were in the mood for sandwiches for lunch and decided on burgers. Smash & Bite was close by so we decided to give them a try. They are located in the Hannafords plaza in New Hartford. The decor in their small eatery was vibing with chalk board walls and writings from past patrons. We were greated by the friendly two owners who keep their burger shop clean and neat. Our order was quickly served to us at our table. The smash burgers were cooked to perfection and loaded with condiments. The order came with delicious fries. They also had a unique selection of bottled sodas not found in your average burger joint. We were absolutely satisfied with every part of our experience. If you have ever had a Ruban sandwich in New York City, this one is better! The pastrami was absolute perfection: fall-apart tender, juicy, and flavorful! My first thought, after “oh my God this is good” was, “this is better than Katz’s deli.” Truely, I have never had a better ruban outside of NYC, and I have had many!
The service was just as amazing! The owner checked on us after our meal and we had a delightful conversation not just about his stellar menu but about his decision to relocate here from the city and how much he enjoys the people here. Enjoyed a delicious pastrami sandwich here tonight. Fries were freshly made to order and seasoned perfectly . Portion size was an enormous sandwich and abundance of fries. Customer service was fantastic. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I was impressed at how clean the restaurant was. Also noting the worker at the the grill was wearing gloves and when he came to the register he removed his gloves. It was refreshing to see an establishment care about cleanliness and customer service . Will definitely be returning. Thank you !

My husband and I both fell in love at first bite with their smashed burger! The meat was super flavorful. I loved how soft the bread was, and every bite was an explosion of flavors for my taste buds.
