The food was not good. Bread was hard burnt, covered in sauce to the point it was just drenched. The churro.. just don’t do it. It was limp, taste of pure creased and rubbery ad if it were left overs.

Came in last week to get a sub and the guy that helped me was so polite and friendly. Came in yesterday hoping he was in and he was. He remembered me and my order. Fixed my salad just the way I wanted. He was so friendly. I love coming to fast food restaurants when the workers actually love there job. Wish he worked and every restaurant I go to.

Passing through on a trip. Decided Subway sounded good. We went inside, the guy behind the counter did not greet us until we were standing there a few minutes already. He was really friendly and nice to the family in front of us. So we stood and waited about 15 – 20 min, for him to finish up their sandwiches. We get to the counter and the guy just won’t say anything to us. I begin to tell him my order and he will not make eye contact, looking out the window instead of the customer in front of him. He was just being nice a friendly to the people in front of us, so I didn’t understand the switch in attitude. Then he begins slamming the lids on all the metal food tins, then the door to the bread cabinet gets slammed. He proceeds to slam our sandwich bread on the counter, at that point I said nevermind and walked out.
If I could give negative stars I would. If I wasn’t driving and was able to look at reviews, I would have by -passed this place. We went to the taco bell the next town over. They were much more friendly and the food was nice a fresh.
Don’t work a customer service job, if you can’t give the same service to EVERY customer that walks in.

While driving on Route 95, I had a sandwich for lunch. The staff were friendly, and the vegetables were fresh.
The chicken was delicious, with a generous portion that made it very satisfying.

The staff and service were great and fast. We walked in just behind and few other people and the line reached the door. I thought to myself and said to my wife should we leave this is a long line. We decided to stay and are glad we did. They served the 8 people in front of us in less than 10 minutes. Took about another 3-4 to do our groups food. All was made to perfection with a smile. The two ladies working were very nice. Glad we made the pit stop here.

I got there around eight and the two gentlemen working the late night shift today told me and my friend that they are closed. Prior to driving there we looked up the time and it said it closes at ten. As soon as we stepped in the door both gentlemen had a very disrespectful attitude and shut us down by saying “we are closed” before we could even speak. I looked around and there were a few people who had just sat down to eat. In a good working environment the workers should greet the customers with kindness and be respectful and there was none of that. Even if they do close at eight that should be updated so people don’t drive all the way out for no reason. And if they close two hours early thats two hours of business loss.
