Extra Cheese, Bacon and jalapeño. No cheese no bacon no jalapeno. Had chilli on it. Ridiculous the way they had it in the box. It’s is expected to be messy, this is a little much.

Me and my husband stopped by Big Burger driving back from Fort Worth to El Paso, Tx. The good reviews did not fail us. The cashier/server was friendly and brought our order out quickly. We shared a burger and sweet potato fries, and both were excellent…much better than the burgers we usually order at the steakhouse, no kidding !!! Prices were average for what you get, and a steady stream of people were coming in while we were there, which says a lot. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re passing through

We’ve had lunch here a couple of times. The food is usually pretty good. The last two times we ordered delivery after 6 PM the food quality dropped tremendously. This will be my last time. The meat was burnt on one side and raw on the other side. I had the green chile burger and my husband had the Laredo. Both were too spicy to eat. The picture is after microwaving the meat for one minute in an attempt to cook it more.

I had the black and blue and the missus the cowtown bbq. The bbq was a tad on the messy side with too much sauce but other than that it was excellent. We split an order of fries and there were plenty.

It was great little burger joint where you ordered at the counter. They have wonderful gluten-free bun, which was super fluffy and delicious. The burgers were so thick we were calling them Krabby Patties lol. We both got the blue cheeseburger. You do have to order the fries separately, but it’s all decently priced so it wasn’t a big deal. Will definitely be back.

Everything was very tasty. They had to fix a couple things that didn’t come out as ordered but did so quickly and were happy to make it as ordered. Restaurant was clean with a nice atmosphere. Order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Service was quick and friendly.

this place was a nice spot to find. we’re here for a family event and heard lots of good things about Big Burger and they lived up to their reputation. burgers were good, juicy and fresh, portions were great for the price, And they had lots of vegetarian and gluten-free options. Good atmosphere for a burger joint. It was super busy and yet I didn’t feel like I was waiting for anything. I had nine beautiful in my party and did not hear one bad review. would definitely be back.

Had the alpine green Chili burger and the Laredo jalapeño burger with chili cheese fries. Surprised at how spicy the jalapeños were. Great flavors. Fries were a little dry. All and all a great little place to stop in. Not a ton of seating options and not confident in this foods ability to travel.
