I visit many duncans. Its become my fav coffee
I want to give a big shout out to the Barboursville crew. If the store is busy or slow they seem to work great and very punctual with each other and polite as well as cordial to customers
Barboursville is by far my go-to favorite store of all the ones in this region
Hats off and a bow down to the crews of day and eve shifts

Turned light off as i was walking from my car to enter the door. That isnt how you should treat your customers. I could have fallen and hurt myself due to that rude behavior.

The employees are dismissive of you. They will argue about the name of the donuts like you work there and should know what this particular company calls them. Which leads to the order being wrong, because they won’t stop interrupting you while being condescending.

The staff had the personality of a rock and seemed beyond bored. Those are NOT apple fritters. I’m accustomed to a fritter the size of 2 of yours. Something else is off about the other donuts we chose, like size, and the dough is a different recipe than what im used to. When I spend almost $30 on donuts I expect better quality food and staff.

I’m not a regular coffee drinker and i’ve not been in a Dunkin before. So when a drink like the cookie butter cold brew trends and I wanna try it i decide to. To be fair I didn’t know the customizations or process of ordering this drink and it was later in the day. I walk in and it takes me standing there for 5 minutes for the workers to even acknowledge me (note: no one else in line). I ask how to make a cold brew sweet and I end up getting syrups and what-not. I also ordered a lemonade (note). The lady didn’t say there would be an upcharge for each little thing she recommended until after I paid and I only knew cuz she told her coworker not ME. I leave my drink taste good, guy who made it was nice. Lemonade wasn’t even for me and they gave me an arnold palmer instead. it whatever.

Lattes were top-notch at this coffee shop, but the small seating area fills up fast. I’ll likely return for another cup, though I’ll take it to go next time during peak hours.

Friendly and engaging, and they listen. Great service and reasonably priced. They offered pup cups for our girls, and stir our mocha coffees. We go outoff our way to go there.

Can you screw up ONE donut? You sure can.
I ordered one cream-filled chocolate donut with sprinkles. They kept trying to add a “baker’s dozen” donut. Yes, one baker’s dozen donut add-on. Does that make sense? No? Then we share the same feelings.
After I pulled around? The lady was pissed that I asked to take that random donut off and get the original cream-filled that I asked for.
What I got in the little box was a frosted donut.
I ended up tossing it and disputed the transaction with the bank
What a waste of a place. (If management is reading this, you might want to ask the girl who took the drive-thru order to come inside instead of sitting out in the back taking orders and playing on her phone.

The crew on morning shift are amazing!! They’re friendly, they’ve never gotten my order wrong and they’re fast paced. I’ve been coming in every morning Mon-Fri for a few months now; there’s never a been a day that they were anything but friendly even if they’re slammed. I occasionally stop at Dunkin by Marshall on my off days and I’m honestly never impressed with their service, they’re anything but friendly and they somehow always mess up my one item order. Truthfully I’d drive to Barboursville from Huntington every morning even if I didn’t work in bville. The service is outstanding, they’re by far my favorite Dunkin.
