Honestly I was impressed with how clean, neat and we’ll showcased everything was. I complimented Brandon who kept everything so fresh. It looked like the commercials at the pine st. DTLB location store#9210!!! Good job guys and to whoever setup earlier!

The store was extremely hot, air conditioner was not working! Cashier looked extremely frustrated. I asked her about the food since the air conditioner was out. Her response was not accurate. The food did not look fresh at all. She also suggested I go somewhere else. New management is needed! There are way to many schools around this Subway, so you will always get families that come there. Do better, I from Long Beach California and this was disappointing.

Staff here was very friendly and super helpful chrisilda Not sure on the spelling, but she was very helpful. Very kind and made one of the best sandwiches. I’ve ever had. That job is too hard to be doing. Buy yourself for anybody. But she does an amazing job at it. My only problem is that management needs to hire more people. Otherwise the staff here is amazing

I love this subway!
They make my sub the way I want it, simple basic customer service. And it says a lot seeing as this establishment is one of the only remaining businesses in that place they called “City Place”. All the employees are always welcoming and authentic. Other businesses should take note….if they are serious about the business they are in . (The bar is low in long beach but they exceed it by far.) I hope they stick around for the long haul…..much appreciated!!!

Ordered in the app and arrived a bit early. She went ahead and made it early when the line cleared and reminded me I forgot to add cheese. Order was correct and fresh. BOGO footlongs in the app that day. She seemed to be having a bad time working alone but wasn’t rude or curt, just pretty quiet.

Actually i feel bad someone a women with black hair and tall walked in and i said something out loude there i shouldn’t have she was tall and beautiful but my comment came out very wrong and an instant she left…i felt so bad I’m hoping she reads this …i didn’t mean it in a bad way…i apologize…i just hope she reads this!

I made an order online. When I arrived at scheduled time to pick up my platter, it was not ready. The workers overlooked the online orders for the day. Did not realize that I was charged when I made the order online, so I paid AGAIN in person. So not only do the workers not pay attention to detail to cost me double the price and wasted time, but when I called back to report my complaint, the worker who answered had horrible customer service, would not share her name nor the managers’. This Subway team shows no empathy or remorse for the inconvenience they have caused me.

Definitely can tell that some of their employees hate working there. Got a negative vibe and they also made saddest sandwich ever made. Was not worth the price when those unhappy employees make your sandwich. Thumbs down.
