Been up and down both coasts and across the country and back. This is the best Panda Express I’ve ever been to. 10’0” drive through height, authentic Chinese looking decorations and art lining the walls, friendly service with a smile and delicious food! A+++ come here and feast

Great service. I loved the mural and the food as always was great for all of my family. The different options for everyone. I loved the interior decoration and space setting. The tables and chairs also fit all sort of group sizes. Panda is the one restaurant where the whole family unaminously agree to go to for dining. Everything we each like is there. We always say, you can never go wrong with Panda Express.

The food was all prepared fresh and there were a lot of employees working. I went here during lunch rush and there was a line waiting out the door. The employees did a great job being friendly, and helping customers as quick as they could. Reason for the 4 stars is that the teriyaki chicken that was served was half fat. This should be cut off before serving. The egg roll was good. Also noodles and orange chicken tasted good.

Received my food with hair in it. This is completely unsanitary! I call the store to inform them of the less than sanitary conditions and was met with an attitude from the employee that answered the phone. She explains that everyone is wearing a hairnet so it’s impossible that there’s hair in the food. Corporate and the health department need to be notified. The food is not that great for a customer to “lie” about hair being in the food. Absolutely disgusting… both the customer service and the food!

My daughters first Panda Express experience. We are in Virginia from Pennsylvania due to being on vacation. My 14 year old daughter was with me and had never had PE before. Alyssa was incredibly kind and patient with my daughter as Alyssa asked what flavors she like and let her try many samples to try and figure out what would be the best option.
Not only was Alyssa kind and patient- she was amazingly friendly and went above and beyond!
We were walking to our car and Alyssa ran out to hand me extra hot orange sauce as she remembered it wasn’t very saucy. I didnt end up needing the extra sauce, but thay was above and beyond service.
The food was delicious! I had the hot orange chicken and honey sesame chicken.
The portions were a great size in the one plate meal that included two meats and a side.

Love having this Panda Express on Princess Anne… I remember loving it back when I could only get it at the mall. Food is so yummy, fast and affordable. I am now on a journey of having to be very aware of carbs and sugars and making sure I have plenty of vegetables added to my diet. Their super greens are delicious! I love being able to get that as my side instead of the rice or chow mein (don’t get me wrong those are delicious and I love the few bites I try to get from my family ). I really enjoy the veggies in the chicken mushroom entree option as well.

This panda location officially opened on 11/20/2024. I placed a mobile order for pickup and received a call that they didn’t have my entree and asked what I would like instead so that it would be ready by pickup time. The staff inside offered me a drink while I waited, and I was very impressed with the customer service at this location. I work nearby and I will definitely be frequenting this location!

So happy this new location is in my neighborhood, and usually the food is great. Reason for the 4 stars is that, while the honey sesame chicken and fried rice were delicious, the mushroom chicken I got this time seemed to be mostly cooked fat. Usually I expect a couple of pieces of fat, but a majority of the chicken in this small one-box entree was cooked fat. It’s the first time I wish I had gotten a refund from there.
