I ordered a lobster roll, but a lobster sandwich was prepared. I had to wait 20 minutes in store to remedy the situation. I had to remind the clerk that my sandwich was ready. The product was ok but minimum lobster, lots of shredded lettuce.

I ordered dinner last night @ around 6:30 pm. I ordered a sm.steak, cheese and onions, a med. steak, cheese, onions and pepper and a grilled caesars salad. Not happy that there was barely any steak on the subs. it was a flat burnt mess. One side of the med sub had chesse, onions and pepers only. Also a Caesar salad does have chicken in it correct . They took 2 small pieces cut it up and threw it on the top of the salad. This is so unacceptable. No i did not drive back 30 minutes due to how late it was and i would have thrown them at someone.

Number 9 sub had very little steak and toppings. Steak and cheese had non combined cheese with the steak and had big slices of cheese on it instead barely melted.

Yesterday I had an amazing hot thanksgiving sub and today I was extremely disappointed, they put mayonnaise on it and instead of extra extra stuffing and cranberry sauce there barely even any, so skimp. Total difference in employees making the subs and actually reading the order.

I want to say I loved every bite however there was only one piece of mortadella and cheese on our sandwiches and not many veggies at all. I had to add my own salami and more cheese to satisfy my husband. Not at all close to the sandwiches I have been purchasing since 1970. I had hoped they would be. Very disappointing! Papa Gino’s and D’Angelos have been among our favorite restaurants since 1970. Not after this.
