Pizza is so good! Generous with the toppings and the cheese, and the dough is excellent. We will be stopping in whenever we’re making the trek from PA to MI. If you live anywhere in the area or happen to be driving through, make the stop. You will not regret it!

I had the chicken parmesan with noodles, and overall it was very good—10/10 so far. I didn’t eat the wedding soup, and the bread was not very appetizing. The chicken parmesan was slightly dry, with too much cheese on top. Next time, I would request less cheese and more sauce, skip the bread and soup, and try a salad instead.

Where do I begin? This is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Me and my dad have eaten here for years and they have never let me down.
Friendly staff, quick service, and wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant. Fresh out of the oven, there is nothing better than an Uptown Pizza with extra cheese. Whatever pizza you say is “the best”, you can’t speak until you’ve had this one.
Not to mention the price is very fair here, but I will also say that this place could charge $30 for a pizza and I’d still say it’s worth it.
Anyone who works here, from the waiters to the cooks to the people at the counter, you guys are all wonderful and the reason me and my family continue to come here on a regular basis. You all should be proud of what you’ve done here.

Ordered carryout of a Marks favorite pizza 12″. The pizza was good and would have gotten five stars, but the crust held it back from being a really good pizza. It had a lot of cheese with fresh topping which were very good. The crust was kind of doughy and a little grainy. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a pre-made crust as it didn’t taste homemade. The sauce was also very good with just a little kick of spice to it. Very nice. Too bad the crust was disappointing with no crunch to it at all. The price seemed a little high, $25 for a 12″ pizza. I will have to try some of the other pizza places in hopes of finding that really great pizza.

Tonight I ordered the Wednesday special at the BOARDMAN store.the Cajun Chicken Salad. I order from Uptown on a regular basis and have since it opened after the previous business, Dunkin Donuts. I have never posted a negative review, but this salad was sooo bad, I could write a book. First of all it had a half inch of cheese on top which came off in one clump. Underneath it was a hodge podge of everything, except the chicken. It was a pan of lettuce one huge cold onion ring on top, 3 brown lumps about 2 inches long and another 1, half the size of the others. Turns out, one of the lumps was a jalapeno popper. So 2 1/2 pieces of chicken. It had , 8 chick peas, about 6 chopped pieces of tomatoes and a tiny bit of olives. The breading on the.chicken was 1/4 inch thick, all breading no chicken. The garlic toast tasted like cooking oil and was only toasted on one side. The fact is it’s $2.00 off on Wednesday but it really isn’t because all toppings to include the. Chicken were shorted. You get what you pay for. This chicken doesn’t belong on a salad. It’s something that should be sold as an app. but given the quality, it z

Love their Pizza , it use to be loaded with cheese, the one I got today was lacking in some spots, a little disappointed at this , but nevertheless it was still delicious. Maybe i’ll luck out next time or just order extra cheese, I understand things change, but never ever have I had to order extra cheese, The staff is always friendly there. So really no complaints because customer service is top tier!!!

I LOVE pizza as much as I love cheeseburgers. I tried Uptown Pizza for the first time today and it was spectacular! My absolute favorite pizza is NY style thin crust that you have to fold to eat. I also enjoy a nice thick crust. This pizza is perfect for those that like crust! The toppings were all fresh and delicious. The sauce by itself would be award winning. And they put a boatload of cheese on it. Fridays are pizza night at our house……I think we’ve found a new staple.
