the food was disgusting. I ordered chicken and it was extremely raw. On top of that, the service was horrible. They were all extremely rude, and incredibly racist. they charged me for 5 drinks when i clearly said i needed 3. they placed the order even after i repeated it to the person on register. they all had an attitude as well.

Okay, So basically the deduction of two stars is NOT for the quality of the food. The quality is always fresh and outstanding.
My issue is with the inaccuracy of my order twice, successively. The order was made correctly, it was on the screen in the drive through. When you know they hear your order correctly, they ask you if everything is correct on the screen, thusly confirming your order to be correct. You know for darn sure it was in no way whatsoever your fault.
The irritating part about it is that ever time my husband goes through the drive through, they ALWAYS get his order correct.

I ordered my food through DoorDash and they gave my meal to someone else. When I called and talked to the manager about it, she was extremely rude to me and told me there is nothing they can do about it and I should handle it with door dash. She blew me off and didn’t take any responsibility for their mess up. My dasher was standing next to her showing her the order on his app. I’ve never had someone especially in the managerial position be so rude to me.

This location simply has the most amazing honey walnut shrimp that you can find anywhere. I wish I could come here more often because their shrimp is so good. Also, they have really good orange chicken.
