The pizza here is the best I’ve had in quite a long time. If honestly not the best I’ve had ever! The counter lady despite being busy, was attentive and polite. Explained what was on one of the 3 pizzas we ordered. And made sure we didn’t wait any longer than necessary. My family and I were visiting the Sacramento area from Reno. And went there because it was close and didn’t appear to be a corporate or chain establishment. Will definitely go back the next time I’m in Sacramento.

Pizza was burnt. Small salami.
Cashier/pizza maker was not so friendly and how an attitude b cause I was using my card. She continued that same attitude when the next person told her 2xs Card not cash. Weird to be upset there’s no cash coming in.
My lunch special came with a drink. When I asked for my drink the lady slammed my cup down as if I was bothering her I had to ask for a lid because there were none on the counter. NO LIDS smh. Terrible food terrible service. It was 3p on a Wednesday. Myself and one lady came after me. No excuses!!

I decided to try a new pizza place in my neighborhood. New York Pizza Plus is what it’s called. I order $70 worth of pizza online and the pizza is delivered by door dash to the wrong address. I ordered from the New York Pizza website, not door dash. I called the driver, he said sorry call the restaurant. I call the restaurant and they said they couldn’t help me that I’d have to go through their 3rd party app. What a con job. I work hard for my money and now you both want customers to work hard for you after you took our money. Never again. New York Pizza Plus and Door Dash are trash.

I ordered pizza on their website for a kids birthday party and drinks and the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong place and told me to call the store. He ended up finding me after being on the phone for 10 minutes . Late pizza and cold and the liter of soda was missing and he said it was not with the order . I call at 6:00 and the girl who answered the phone I informed her what happened and her first word was BRUH I forgot and told me to call the delivery driver . I told her your forgot to put the soda with the order and again calling me a bruh and said pretty much it’s my issue there’s nothing she can do. No sorry just calling me a bunch of BRUH’S . She would not disclose her name when I asked . Then proceeded to say you can’t come in the store . I will never order from this place again. I have ordered here years and the service is terrible now . They will loose your food , leave stuff out and expect you to figure it out

Been coming here for a couple yeats now and I gotta say they always deliver high quality pies. The staff has always been friendly and polite. The pizzas are delicious although sometimes a bit greasy but you opted for pizza so it is whats it is. The pizza I would recommend here would be the Chicken Pesto. Highly recommend to anyone.

This spot is so legit. We have ordered twice from this place in the last week. We got their wings and their med pepperoni pizza.
The pizza actually had real cheese and it stretches out when you pick up a slice. This place seems to be locally owned so I’m happy to patronize their business. Sure you can get a cheaper pie at dominos but this place I feel uses better quality cheese and ingredients.
