The young lady that takes the order is awesome. I been placing orders for soup since I am in the hospital. She been taking my order exactly my body and taste need it. Soup has met above my expectations. In addition staff are very well polite and consider. The price is very reasonable. Keep excellent work. I am going to miss this place once I release from the hospital but my family and myself will be back in person after I get discharged from the hospital. God bless you and keep the excellent work. The owner , wife and kids are very pleasant and humble people ! The food is a way beyond what i expected! Well cooked . I love the green plantains and I most of the time call them so I can have the order ready. They do it just the exact way I love them( no to crunchy , not to soft). The mofongo with pork is awesome ! And the roasted pork and crunchy skin is the greatest! Also the fried chicken recipes the have is unique!

This is our go to for Spanish cuisine recently we tried the Cuban sandwich from here and wow we were impressed it’s super flavorful and the meat used is tender and juicy with lettuce and tomato and a little sauce so delicious. Also comes with a side of cheese fries. The fries are perfectly fried crunchy like I like them. For two orders I spent just under $22 and for all this I think it’s a wonderful deal for delicious food also had our food 10 minutes after ordering which is fast. They have many other delicious options to chose from. Also the owners and cooks are all so pleasant they speak both english and Spanish So if you’re hungry for delicious Spanish food cooked with love go here!

EXCELLENT authentic cuisine from the Dominican Republic and the Greater Antilles Islands (Dominican R, Puerto Rico, Cuba etc…). Home-made and flavored and seasoned and textured to perfection…. A hidden gem. BYOB. Eat-in (just four tables or so) or take-out. Food quality, generous quantity and diversity is AWESOME! Great, caring, attentive, polite service from the owner/chef/family. We had one of the Mofongo entrees, one of the soups and asked for a sampler of the beef, pork, chicken and goat specialties and every day dishes and were provided with a FEAST! Owner/server generously offered samples before ordering. Atmosphere is no frills, tiny space, but authentic and clean and comfortable. All-in for $50 for two and we were STUFFED, but you could easily spend less and be more than satisfied. Closes at 9pm and we had dinner at 8 and had no problem getting a table. I hesitate to put out the word and have to wait the next time around, but Restaurante Mi Tierra in Bethlehem deserves every word of this review.

I normally wait until I’m finished eating to post a review. Not today. This is by far o e of the best places I’ve been to for traditional Hispanic food. Large portions as shown in the picture, meat perfectly seasoned and so tender you can cut it with a spoon. The rice perfectly cooked with a mix of eggs, peppers and onions. The real standout for me was the goat. Not many places serve goat and even fewer cook it properly. For a small restaurant, this place is amazing. Prices are definitely fair and you get quality above what you pay for. I’ll be stopping in as long as they are open.
