A customer was nice enough to get us lunch today went to Subway and got us both a 6 inch steak and cheese I have to admit it’s the most skimpiest worst sandwich I ever got from them I think it has about three times more much dressing as it does meat. Thinnest I ever saw from a subway just drowned in sauce. Thanks a lot. I guess I’ll buy two lunches today. But not from y’all. Dr Pepper is what I said. Not unsweetened tea. Wow.

I don’t know why anyone bothers with ordering through the app, every single time I have ordered through it it’s always messed up, ask for extra marinara, I get light, want no vegetables, “here’s some that we are too LAZY to pick off” and give it to me anyways. Just go inside, at least they pay attention to that. I don’t care if they are new or been there day one, that app is useless if they aren’t going to follow it.

Every time we go there something is always messed up just went tonight and have no cheese on my sandwich and barely any veggies don’t understand how you can mess up a simple sandwich that bad and the bread is hard as a rock will never being going back ever because this has happened multiple times

The past 2 times I have went, my orders completely wrong and also not cooked. I got a salad and the chicken was still frozen. No dressing even though I specifcally asked for it. Sandwiches were cold and not heated up. The chease wasn’t even melted. Wrong meats on sandwiches. Wrong veggies and dressing on said sandwiches too. I also ask for extra cheese on sandwiches, I paid for it but never received it. I couldnt even excuse it for being busy, I was the only one in line on both of those occasions. Used to be my favorite go to fast food. Cant say that anymore.

Lately this place is hit or miss , one day it’s great the next it’s not not sure who’s in charge of ordering but anymore about 50% of the time they are out of several toppings and the counter is a mess .. today the lettuce looked like it was a week old. Getting more disappointed by the day ..

When asking for a sandwich to be heated, the proper technique SHOULD be to heat the meat and cheese alone, not the bread as well. It makes the sandwich both hard and chewy…nearly impossible to eat. Very disappointing.
