In a word? Delicious. Tried the original, spicy, and the chicken parmesan sandwiches. Each was unique but, in the end, preferred the original. The waffle ‘bun’ is light and airy, the chicken perfectly fried. Unlike anything I’ve had in a long time and could be habit forming. Some of the best benigets ever too, and the carrot soup was quite tasty. We did wait a long time for our order, but that was probably due to the lunch rush that day, so it might be advisable to call ahead. But, whatever you do, don’t miss this experience.

This place could not be any cuter! Seating is outdoor. But whether day or night, the atmosphere is quaint with succulents, big trees, and the cute patio string lights. We ordered food to-go and it was worth the wait (15 min., which we were told). The chef does a great job with making the chicken light and crispy. Everyone talks about the waffles sandwiches but the highlight for me was those fries! You could eat it with the aoili or without. Both ways were wonderful. We liked it so much, we got another order. You can tell the chef loves what she does and is really nice. And if you go on Sunday, get the beignets. They are pillowy goodness. A hidden gem worth going to again.

Some of the best food I’ve had in Sonoma County. The waffle knocks me over it’s so good. And the chicken is PERFECTLY breaded and fried. The cole slaw with the sandwich is almost sweet, the fries are bomb and everything is just… *chefs kiss* seriously, do yourself a favor, and go here. So so worth it

The chefs here take great care in ensuring freshly fried chickens. Because of that, the wait can get quite long. I believe good food comes with time, so I encourage people to order online at least 30 minutes ahead.
Their specialty is a fried chicken on a crispy on the outside, soft on the inside waffle. You can add on cheese, bacon, Bleu cheese. I would eat here again, but next time I’d do an online order.

Wonderful little chicken waffle sandwich restaurant . Run by fascinating women. Street noise distracting if you choose to use the three tables outside the little Sonoma Crust. Very good , very fresh food. During the summer they will close early to work local street fares on Wed/Thur. Fresh beignets for dessert. I highly recommend. Support local food not chain food$.

The location is a little hard to spot and the parking is mainly on the street.
Waffle had a great crunch and the spicy jam with peppers added a great spice to the chicken sandwich. Begniets were light and fluffy and had great density to them.

Service takes a while but worth the weight. Best beignets in Sonoma County. Chicken and waffles sandwich is delicious. Have outdoor seating only and a weird spot to get to. But super tasty food.

Five star fried food feast. Limited menu – fried chicken sandwiches on waffles, fries, slaw, and iced teas, with beignets on the weekend. Everything is cooked perfectly. Outdoor seating is a charming oasis in an industrial area. Spicy means spicy, and everything is a little sweet and tangy. It’s like a bit of a county fair and an amusement park and a Sonoma county goumet food truck all in one!

I really like the sandwiches but the info they ask is unusual…second time I’ve gotten a cold fried chicken sandwich the waffle and chicken was cold. Last time I returned it this time I just ate it cold even cold it’s great.
