It took 30 minutes from the time the food left the store to get to me even though the driver only had 2 stops to make including mine. They “forgot” the ranch and didn’t even have the right receipt for our order.
When I called the store to ask them to credit my card back for the missing ranch, I was told by Todd I was never charged for it. Well Todd is the one who took that very order. So I asked why, and he basically just reiterated that he knew this mistake before the order even went out the door because of some tax/price adjustment he made or something. So basically, he knew I wanted ranch AS my food was leaving the restaurant but just didnt wanna fix it when the computer didnt register my price change and sent it out anyways!!
If that wasn’t bad enough, I said “but I was told the charge was 22” and he said “I’m looking at your order and it says 20.” I said,” How could I even know what I was charged when your driver stated to us that you guys gave her the wrong receipt for our order so she never gave us one?!” He said, “Thank you mam.” And then Todd hung up on me.
When I tried to call back to tell them I checked my account and saw that the charge was only 20 but ask why I was hung up on when telling them I never got a receipt, I was left on hold. They never picked up. To top it all off, the food was honestly so bad. The wings had basically no sauce and the fries were like rubber and all of it was cold.
I wish this was a joke but the only joke here is whoever runs this establishment.

Went in to order and pick up it took 15min for them to notice I was at the counter and 40min to get my order. & on top of that they where very low with staff there was only 2 people working? But all & all the Pizza was good…
