On February 28th evening. I ordered Habanero barbecue fries with red onion and pickles added. But they added very little that too very tiny pieces. And they mixed some of the overfried fries into it. Also no enough ranch as I already told I don’t need habanero sauce and cheddar cheese. It was so dry without enough ranch and with overfried fries, it is in bitter taste. I am not at all satisfied. I wish I would have gone for dine in I would have give it back right away.

It was 9:20 pm and we ordered food, which is usually good and this time. We were rushed out like you cant eat here but you can order to go. You guys close at 10:00pm not 9pm. The sandwiches were not made like usually the lettuce and coleslaw was turning bad. Had a wired taste. The buffalo fries were drenched in tons of sauce. The lady was rude. I would really like to talk with a manager or supervisor. Next time I will not come in at 9pm maybe never again.

I got the Messy Bessy with a side of brussels. This thing was so good it was unholy. The gravy was 10/10, the breading on the country fried steak was well seasoned. The cheese, egg, bun, everything was perfect. The fried onions are probably what put this sandwich over the edge as one of the best sandwiches you can ever have.
It was super clean inside and staff were really friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Great menu selection, fresh & flavorful food. You can choose a bun or waffle as your sandwich bread. The prices are decent. Good atmosphere with plenty of seating. If you’re in the area they’re definitely worth a try. You won’t be disappointed. I got the Naked chicken, waffle as my bread & a side of bourbon syrup.

I really like the disco fries and the tenders are to die for. A great place to bring the family to fill up and to wash it all down a delicious rootbeer float. I recently tried the mother clucker and the ore stuffed waffle it is now my new favorites, I highly recommend stopping by and trying a little bit of everything.

The food was really good. The atmosphere was loud and crowded. We were able to get a table after ordering, but we had to ask to get it cleaned off. There was a long wait due to the number of people. I will definitely return again

Chicken Shack is going to be a very welcoming part of the Red Bluff community. I was very excited to try something new other than normal places around town. The environment was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The wings did not disappoint, and with all the different flavor combinations, I am very eager to come back and try more options.

Great quick stop. Not too far off the freeway. Easy access. Clean store. Really good grilled chicken bacon avocado sandwiches and fries. Fast service. Only complaint was the music was too loud.
