Worst chipotle to ever grace Elk Grove. Ordered double meat, got half / half portions instead. Ordered a salad bowl and it came with a pinch of green. What are you all doing? Rationing? I’d suggest everyone going to another location. I don’t think I ever had a good experience at this specific location but it was convenient during the last visit.

But the employees are what make this chipotle so miserable. The skimping is off the charts, and they give you a dirty look and talk shit while you’re standing a few feet away, simply for ordering extra rice?! I can’t even blame them, managers fault for breathing down their neck and mandating such small portion sizes
Hit up the chipotle by Franklin and Elk Grove Blvd. They actually seem to enjoy working there and give better portions. Plus the food is way better

I ordered a half chicken and half steak salad bowl to go. Not sure why the amount of salad is way less than before, only like half the to-go box. Chicken is yummy, but steak is a bit overcooked. For this price with this amount of salad, I will not recommend it.

Chipotle lane drive thru is so slow and always backed up. I had to knock on the glass because they asked my name closed the window and proceeded to make 5-6 more orders before coming back and saying mine was next. I gave ample time between order and pick up. Save yourself the lunch time trouble go elsewhere.

This location is the dirtiest chipotle I have ever seen. To say no line the place and not very busy should have been cleaner and food stocked. It was one girl working the food by herself and she needs customer service training. Also, a lot of dirty dishes just sitting around. The cashier was just standing around and could have been cleaning the nasty counter next to him. The health department needs to pop in on this location. Wish I could have gotten more pictures.

For what they charge you SHOULDN’T have to ask for more of anything it was as if they were gonna run out of food before the end of the day. I even ask the young man making my wife’s bowl would he be willing to pay full price for the amount of items he put in her bowl.. the customer in front of me had the same complaint and concern.

This Chipotle is a complete and absolute utter disgrace to the Chipotle name. Hands down the worst location within the Sacramento region. Staff are super incompetent and inconsistent with the portions and cannot even handle the simple task of rolling a burrito. This is chipotle rolling a burrito is pretty critical but this location feels like it doesn’t need to be. The staff are also very rude and sometimes condescending and have refused to redeem the in app rewards several which I have received from pointing out how bad the service is for this location. This location should be shut down.
