Oof, not a good experience! It was a nice day out so we sat outside. Little did we know there was a children’s birthday party going on. The parents and the restaurant staff allowed the kids to run around the entire patio screaming and yelling, jumping off of furniture, All while the parents sat at the other end of the patio drinking beer. We ordered pizza and soda right away, and the soda didn’t come out until after the pizza… It was so loud on the patio, the servers couldn’t hear me call for them as they walked by so I had to go inside to get my own refill. Not sure that we’ll spring for this location in the future.

WHAT HAPPENED??????
– Manager at the Front counter not too friendly
– The chicken on my salad was cold and hard
(I guess they need a new microwave cause it ain’t fresh)
– waiter took order he never came back to see if I’m OK with the food or if I need anything else
– A little too pricey for the poor customer service
-The chicken wings were not properly cooked
My friends invited me to come here before going to the movies and it was the worst mistake EVER!!!!
Yes am adding more to my last review cause I can’t believe this restaurant still making huge mistakes that can have them close ASAP.
My friend found a staple in his pizza OMG I couldn’t believe it.
We talked to the manager and he wanted to give us a discount for the food.
It was outrageous for this people not to take this seriously.
My friend could end up in the hospital.
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AM SURPRISED THAT THE COUNTY HAS NOT BEEN INFORMED ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON IN THIS RESTAURANT

Nice service. Salad and pizzas were very good. Good beer on tap. There are lots of tables. There is a parking garage next door so lots of parking. Recommended!

My first time going here. I came here with a few friends who’ve been here before. Awesome food! Awesome flavors in the pizzas and we also got the garlic bread which was excellent as well. Great service and a stellar atmosphere! I’ll be back! Highly recommended!

Tessa the waitress was awesome! The other waitress served us salad and asked if we needed forks. Felt a little insulted, cause doesnt every one eat salad with forks. Food was great! Never disappointed at the Concord location.

This is one of the worst place to eat a calzone, I ordered a chicken calzone, then I have been set down on one of there tables, the table and the chair was not well cleaned.
I have been waiting for 45 minutes to get my chicken calzone.
The calzone cheese taste very bad and been baked well.
I couldn’t able to get a second hand of it.
It ended up I left this bad place.
Do not recommend it.
The price very hight compared to regular calzone I paid $23 for a very bad meal

We had the vegetarian pizza. Really good! We also had a Caprese salad. That was very good as well. They have toys for the kids to play with while they are waiting. Its a really nice place.
