Awful service! Six people assigned to the small booth in the mall, but only 2 working and four gathered around a phone laughing. Two kiosks are installed in the front of the booth to order from. I wanted to pay cash, but after waiting at the counter for a bit, no one came, so I used to kiosk. I wanted munchkins with a combination of 2 specific flavors. The kiosk had an assorted button, but doesn’t let you specify so I assumed you could pick after placing your order like other Dunkin’s. The kiosk prompts you to go to the counter to get a receipt and then to the pick up counter. The cashier told me they don’t have receipts and to pick up my order on the other side. Another cashier handed me my munchkins and told me you don’t get to pick your flavors if you order at the kiosk. I told him I didn’t want to use the kiosk but no one was available to help me. He tried to hand me the bag and told me next time I could pick the flavors. I explained I didn’t want those and hadn’t even touched the bag so they could put them back. He finally gave me the right one. The kiosk asks for your name and assigns you a number, but doesn’t give you a receipt. The drinks only have numbers on them and other people were waiting around for drinks and as they came out the cashier didn’t say what they were so everyone had to touch all the cups to find theirs. Mine was placed in the mobile order section so I didn’t get it right away. Disorganized and not efficient

12/17/2023 I bought 3 large coffees, 2 hot that I asked for it with one caramel and they put the amount they wanted, they were very sweet and the ice coffee specified that I wanted it light and they refused to add more cream. If you don’t like your job, give other people a chance.

They’re horrible. They do not know how to make a bagel.. you add cream cheese on both sides of a bagel not 1 side and you spread it. I ordered on the app, picked it and asked them to add cream cheese on the other side since they don’t.. the manager told me I would have to pay for an extra cream cheese yea right just add it. He told one of the girl to add the cream cheese, just for me to see there was barely any on the bagel! They need to be shut down with there horrible customer service and employees.

Gone a few times. Though the people are nice enough, the quality of coffee is pretty bad :/ out of 5 times, only once did they make my coffee well. Near closing, (90 mins before) it seems they just stop caring.

Waited 15 minutes just for a frozen coffee and on top of that they had the nerve to ask me what I was waiting for. Went to make my “frozen coffee” and the girl came up to me and tells me the cream got bad.

Used to come here in the mornings when I worked in the mall. Never got my order wrong although sometimes they were a bit slow. There were a few times I’d have to stand on the side with one or two other customers for a handful of minutes waiting on an order.

Monday (2.19.18) afternoon I visited the palisades dunkin. In which I rarely visit. Amazing experience here. At most Dunkins they usually have me wait 10-15 min for my coffee and by the time I get my coffee they somehow mess it up. The cashiers were so polite. The staff looked alive and as if they wanted to be there. At most places the employees would have an attitude look like they havent slept in weeks. It got a bit hectic for a short period of time, but they handled it very well. I appreciate you guys for the amazing service that you guys provided. I would’ve love to speak to your manager at the time. I prefer this Dunkin over the one in Nanuet anytime.

Ordered at the cashier tonight. She never once looked me in the eye, kept looking down, had me repeat my order numerous times… come to find out that she was on her phone. I waited 10 minutes for a coffee and a donut. Then I was told they didn’t have medium cups, so they were giving me a small.. even though I paid for a medium. As I was still waiting for my coffee and donut, I noticed all four employees were on their phones. Still waiting for my donut…. how hard is it to turn around and grab me a donut? Finally, the employee is passing me my coffee cup and is distracted by something, most likely his phone, and SPILLS my coffee all over my white brand new vans. Was I offered a new cup?! No.
Horrendous service. No wonder why I was the only person ordering.
