The Baked Bear has gluten-free AND dairy free/vegan options—I’m so happy! Due to my dietary restrictions, I can rarely eat out, and I don’t even think about getting dessert at a restaurant. So imagine my joy when I discovered that The Baked Bear has a vegan ice cream option (vanilla chocolate chip) and two types of Gluten-Free + Vegan cookies (chocolate chip and brownie). I was able to build my own sandwich with a chocolate chip cookie on the bottom, ice cream in the middle, and a brownie cookie on top, and it was DELIGHTFUL. Thank you for offering options that were safe for me to eat!

Me and my children love this place. You make your own ice cream sandwiches. They also have other options like shakes, hot brownies and cookie. Cookies are baked fresh daily. They have a couple options for bottled drinks too. The inside isnt very big there are a few tables inside and out to eat at. Of course you can also take to go or have delivered.

I went in and ordered 6 cookies , they were clearly not cooked all the way through and once I got back to work and my coworkers and I tasted them. I called back and the employee tried to tell me that is just how the cookies are supposed to be. I bake cookies all the time and anyone can clearly tell when a cookie is under baked.

This is a fantastic local dessert store that’s sure to delight any cookie or ice cream lover! The store has a variety of freshly baked cookie flavors and homemade crafted ice cream flavors as well. The cookies are soft but stable—they hold up well under the weight and melt-factor of the ice cream. The Ice Cream itself is thick and creamy, and each flavor is well balanced to not be overpowering. Their special flavors for the month of both ice cream and cookies are creative and fun!
Overall, these ice cream cookie sandwiches hold very well for the large scoops of ice cream, and it is a nostalgic experience with a creative modern twist! Price wise too—this is a premium dessert at mid-tier prices! For what most fast food ice cream or shakes costs, you get a handmade premium dessert instead! I didn’t know it before but found out after… this place is dangerously addictive! They have a nice selection of cookies, ice cream, and toppings. I got an ice cream cookie sandwich. My selections were white chocolate and macadamia nut cookies with blueberry crumble ice cream. I decided no toppings and selected to warm up the cookies. The taste was amazing, and yes a bit decadent but perfect for a sweet tooth like me.

I am doing Uber and doordash. I am told that my order will not be ready for 30 minutes because they have to serve the whole church that was there first before my order as well as when the church was done that my cookies that I needed for my order would probably be gone I was told they had them then but they would probably be gone by the time the church was done ordering. Tell me why I was told I would have to wait for the new batch to be made and they would only know if they needed to make a new batch after the whole church went through the line. If you have the products to make my order right then you should be making my order right then. I should not be forced to wait for a whole church congregation to go through the line and then for new cookies to be made the whole point in customers ordering doordash and Uber is to get their food quickly and to be treated just the same as anyone else their order was their first however they were forced to wait 45 minutes for their order. I told the customer to report it as well as I reported it. The little girl was extremely rude had a extremely bad attitude and I hope that she does not treat everyone this way something needs to be done because this was extremely horrible customer service.

For Vegan and gluten options to enjoy with family and friends it is perfect. We had gluten and dairy free ice cream cookie sandwich, also regular brownie ice cream sandwich. All were great. Service was prompt and great. Atmosphere was pleasant.

I’m a ice cream lover and I had to check this place out… The customer service was amazing and so was the ice cream… I purchased a ice cream sandwich with a macadamia nut cookie on one side and a brownie on the other… This place is definitely a must try and I will be back soon
