This place used to be my gas station of choice. It was always very clean, almost never ran out of anything, and the employees were very nice. But ever since the old manager left it went down hill very quickly. The trash by the pumps are always overflowing, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting(pictures posted), they are constantly out of half of the items they’re supposed to have in stock, and the employees are beyond rude and unhelpful! Honestly if I could give this no stars at all I would. I think the Casey’s brand should look into this store because it just sad to see a pretty new location looking so disgusting, and with it being on 54 highway, you would think you would always want it looking great!

The employee at the front, a middle-aged lady with short hair, was very rude. All we did was ask a simple question, how much something was. She was annoyed and said she’d have to scan it, okay? Yeah if you could, since we don’t know and we’d like to. So we had to grab it and have her scan it, it was a bit more than we were willing to pay at the time so we put it up. She said “well what did you expect it to be, $2-3?” A very unnecessary comment and very rude. Then I was just a bit too slow grabbing my stuff off the counter, she looked at me clearly annoyed and didn’t offer a receipt. The only reason I’m not putting her name on blast is because I didn’t get a receipt with her employee ID or name on it. Normally the service is fine, and I understand having a bad day, you can’t be perfect all the time. But all the little rude things add up and begin to be too much

I had originally given this store a 5 star rating however I recently had to send my daughter in and the cashier was extremely rude in the way of not acknowledging her within a reasonable amount of time. She was talking with another employee instead of helping checkout my daughter. When the cashier did finally ring the items up instead of pushing the button that would allow my daughter to finish the transaction the cashier went into another conversation with an employee. It’s only Monday afternoon get it together…

Went in to order a sandwich, stood waiting for 5 minutes for employee in kitchen to help me. Finally the manager saw me as she went to office to count the deposit. She asked if I needed help, told her I would like a sandwich. She got kitchen employees attention and told her. She started to come help me, but the phone rang and apparently phone orders come first in this store. Stood waiting and finally decided my money isn’t good in your store. Won’t waste my time or money in this store ever again.

Two days ago I bought gas at Casey’s I had problems in the past getting my credit card to work at the pumps so I went in to pay i put $100 on pump 7 and asked the cashier if it doesn’t take the full amount does it automatically go back on my credit card and she said yes. I cant remember the exact amount it came to but it was $86 and something cents. Well I just looked at my credit card transactions and the remaining balance did not go back on my card. I didn’t think to get a receipt but if theres cameras they can see on Friday June 3rd there was a tanish color Ford F150 at pump 7 that got $100 and as my boyfriend was pumping the gas i chatted with an elderly man that was sitting in his car on the other side of the pumps . I wonder how many times this has happened at not only this store but other gas stations I always have trouble getting credit cards to work and always have to go in and just put $100 on it and assume the remaining balance will automatically go back on my card.

Placed an online order for a pizza and went to pick it up and they had not made it. 3 people in that store and they were too lazy to check there machine. As she pulled the order ticket off the machine she said oooops sorry. I guess ill have to stick to pizza hut.

Elizabeth and her staff are always very friendly and helpful! Its nice to walk in and get called by name. The store is always kept up and clean. They have many options available for lunch, and the food is always good.

Got fuel, pumps were super slow and the handle didn’t turn off until after it poured down the side of my truck.
