Haven’t been in a Mary Lou’s in five years. Went into this location because Dunkin’ Donuts was too far for me at the moment. $4.20 for a medium hot coffee. The coffee was ice, cold, and all sugar. Thought this place used to be pretty good I will never step foot in another Mary Mary Lou ever

I usually come here for an ice coffee, sometimes a sandwich. this time around I got a smoothie with hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were cold and barely done. Presentation was awful. It’s frustrating because I was the only person in the drive thru line, so you’d think more time would be put into the food. staff may need some etiquette on customer service.

Staff and service is good. Their iced coffee has way too much ice. Paid $4.30 for a medium cold brew (black no sugar) and at least 75% of it is ice. Also the taste was very bitter and acidic, cold brew should be smooth and low in acidic profile. Have to give 1 star for quality and cost.

I was just in the drive-through a few minutes ago and ordered a large Girl Scout cookie coffee. As they handed me my coffee, I realized I didn’t have any cash to tip them. Last night I had to put my dog down and I was supposed to go to the bank instead to withdraw money. I had a tough night, so I really needed the coffee. The service that the girls provided was great and they were very friendly at the window. It made me feel a little bit better after losing my 13-year-old dog. I apologize for not tipping, but I definitely will next time. I have also attached a picture of my dog, my beautiful Bailey.

Just had a very interesting situation in the drive thru. My total was $6.23, I paid with $7 in cash, I was waiting for my change and the girl at the window just put the change in the tip jar and walked away from the window without saying anything. I was going to tell her to keep the change anyways cause it was only 77¢ but just a very weird interaction considering if I paid with a high dollar amount it would be different. Just the principle of it.

I really like Mary Lou’s, especially this location. The employees are always chipper, always smiling, and they actually say thank you when the transaction is done. The store is well run, the coffee is great in my opinion better than Dunkin’ donuts. The place is clean everything in order well managed and the outside area is clean kept up obviously by management. That is very important, I noticed a lot of establishments Do Not keep the outside area clean and free of debris.

This place definitely does not clean their blenders in between making blended drinks. Almost every time I have ordered an Oreo Cookie Monster from here, there have been flavors/chunks of things that are NOT Oreo… which is why I steer clear of this place, & drive out of my way to another location.
Pleaseeee teach your staff to clean between drinks because there is no reason why an Oreo drink should taste like pumpkin, or have actual hazelnut/coffee bean chunks in it. (At like a ridiculous cost at that) Not to mention, food safety in general is clearly not a priority here.
