Went in last night 01/28 @ 7 pm.
Maybe if you guys changed your knife water more often so it’s not grey and foggy, or not used the same knife you use to slice tuna, to slice and close my sandwich that was so small it didn’t need a knife to close. My turkey sandwich wouldn’t taste like fish. This always happens towards the end of the night. Be better, and more clean at the job YOU chose to work at.

Food was okay. Never had problems at this location before, but today was odd. Immediately coming into the store, the majority of the lights were off, other than a few light in the front of the store by the door, making it appear as thought they weren’t open. There were two women working, they seemed rushed and flustered. The line became quite long, and we had a wait which was fine, until a man entered the store & one of the women stepped away to kiss this man and then he left. I found this quite unprofessional and odd, as there was about 8 people in the store waiting to be helped & she found it appropriate to step away from working to kiss her boyfriend. Odd. Then, when we started to get our food, they seemed quite frantic to catch up and couldn’t juggle our order and the person in front of us. They also didn’t shut my sandwich when finishing it, leaving it like a taco. When I got home to eat my sandwich, there was a banana pepper with a HARD stem in my sandwich and well as steak mixed in with my chicken. My husband and I both also got our sandwiches toasted. They toasted them together leaving them both barely warm & my veggies on my sandwich were borderline freezing, so this was weird texture combination with the chewy bread from being partially toasted and the very cold vegetables. This store seems like it needs more training or more workers that can work cohesively together. Very very weird experience and I honestly will be apprehensive on coming back.

Took 2 employees about 35 minutes to make our sandwiches with about 6 people behind us waiting to order. The girl working with brown hair and snakebites kept using the register with gloves on then going to make food, I had to ask her to change her gloves before touching my sandwich, and the next person in line (my niece) had to ask her to change hers as well for the same thing! There are flies everywhere and all the food looks like it isn’t kept up to temperature its brown and wilted. We will not be returning, and id be careful eating here. Someone is going to get sick.

The server was nice and friendly but that was it. I order two of the sub series subs and they barley had anything in them. One was a hotshot Italiano with lettuce, tomatoes, extra onions and extra pickles and parmesan but it was more bread than anything else. $11.99 for a footling with nothing in it.

Went in to the Subway in Santa Clara, Eugene, OR store a couple weeks ago. There was a woman, Gina, working, with tank top on (which I think is gross in a restaurant). She was so rude & disrespectful. The other woman working was trying hard to make up for Gina’s rudeness. I felt sorry for her. Gina insisted I name the sandwich I wanted of the menu. I didn’t want exactly the sandwich off the menu, but she insisted. Every time I answered what I wanted in my sandwich, she’d make me repeat it at least twice, saying she couldn’t hear me. There was no question about her hearing my request. She just wanted to make me say it again. If i had more time I would have just left. There are some gentlemen that work in there that have always been great! They apologized profusely for my previous experience. If she’s there again I’ll ask to have someone else make my sandwich or leave.

Subway has always been one of my favorite healthier fast food places to stop at and this one didn’t disappoint me.
The small restaurant is right off I-5 so it’s easily accessible, has ample parking, and is very well maintained.
It was just what I’d expect for a Subway which is great service, great selection, and great quality.
I’d definitely recommend it for a consistently perfect meal.

These reviews are all a bunch of Karen’s. This Subway is as good as any out there. It’s clean and they make the sandwiches the same way as every other Subway. The staff here are nice people but they have to deal with crazy cheapskate Karen’s all day long and that has gotta wear you down I’m sure. I give this location 5 stars based on what you should expect from a franchise sandwich shop. Recognize the truth in that!
