Walked in, nobody in line. Worker came out, no acknowledgement and proceeded to print a ticket from the register(probably online order) and went to start making the food. Still no acknowledgement. I stood there 5 minutes after determining what I wanted without even a “one sec” and walked out. There was another employee sitting at a table scrolling their phone (probably on break). If there was any kind of acknowledgement I probably would’ve kindly waited. Customer service is non existent anymore!

Second time to this location and I will not come back. The first thing I need to point out is the employee Justin on his phone the entire time I was dining in. While the 2 younger kids took care of the customers. Pictured here is the statue of Justin. He never moved. Second, they were completely out of everything at 5pm right as dinner rush was about to start. Only 2 types of bread available tasted like it was made yesterday. Only provolone cheese available. No onions. No spinach. The lettuce was brown. Didn’t put enough salt and pepper to my tasting so I asked for salt and pepper packets…guess what dont got that either. Then I get to the fountain drink station and guess what I see there. 3 out of order signs on 3 options. I try one of the ones without a sign…dr pepper isn’t suppose to come out clear. And as I’m siting in the parking lot writing this review for another 10 minutes guess what. Justin is still on his phone. Having worked at subway a bit in my youth I know you can go back there and slice up some onions. Open a bag of spinach. Get some more cheese. Even cook some more bread. Change the syrup to the fountain drinks…but Justin needs to be on Tinder right now…looking for some bunnies. Never going back here again.

Went on my lunch hour the young man that did my sandwich was awesome, the employees are polite they look clean, and the food presentation was very appetizing.
Overall the restaurant was very clean as I ate inside. Highly recommend ✍

I was terribly disappointed with this store today. They were understaffed and busy with online orders and the employee there let us all know. Banging pots around and cussing and fussing under his breath. Honestly, I wasnt too bothered by that. I’ve worked at Subway before so I understand what it’s like to be busy with no help. But when assistance arrived he didnt do much other than shorten the line. He made my sandwich badly. Then when I called out that he forgot certain veggies I asked for, he got a attitude.
This wasnt my first experience with poor customer service at subways. I’ve been to almost all of them in the area and everyone had poor customer service. Im not expecting anyone to be jumping with excitement to work in fast food but Chick fil a isn’t popular for just serving fried chicken. As much as I love sandwiches, I have to add subway as another fast food chain I can’t patron any longer.

This particular Subway location has become a favorite of mine, and it’s almost entirely thanks to one incredible employee: James. He’s genuinely the best, and it’s clear he puts a lot of care and “love” into every sub he makes. In fact, I’ve gotten to know his vehicle, and I won’t even stop in unless I see it, ensuring he’s making my subs.

While I appreciate the convenience of this Subway, some of the other staff members don’t seem to share James’s enthusiasm. They often come across as disengaged, lacking a welcoming demeanor or any real sense of friendliness.

James, however, is the complete opposite. He’s a true standout. He consistently goes above and beyond, always asking what prices I’m seeing on the app to see if he can offer an even better deal in the store. He’s just an all-around great guy, and his positive attitude makes a huge difference.

To the owner of this Subway: please give James a raise! Employees like him are rare and invaluable. We customers truly appreciate him. James, please don’t ever leave us!

Service was good but slow. Employee named James was amazing in getting everybody through and getting me my sandwich. However the other taller employee was not of any help at all and was on his phone the entire time I was there. Could have been out of their 10 minutes earlier if the other employee would have taken an order.

I usually don’t like fast food places because of the unprofessionalism and poor customer service. It today was a friendly reminder never to eat at fast food places is specially Subway ever again.!! This person was anxious to get me out of here drop some of my food on the floor and then when the next customer came up she rolled her eyes and sighed given the impression to the next customer” sorry for this previous guy taking up all of your time!” Well don’t worry I will waste my time with Subway anymore 🙂
