The staff was very nice and did a great job with a couple latte’s. Obviously you have to go inside to get your food or coffee, but that’s fine with us we could all use some more movement in our lives!

The sitting room is inviting. The toilets are blocked off with two trash cans and have been this was since after the pandemic. Basically the feeling one gets is “get your stuff, pay the money and get out.. We’re not here to please you”. As for three stars with regards to the food quality..well.. It’s DD.. What do you expect. The coffee is decent, the Donuts are tasteless.. Basically the standard.

I love coming to this location because vaseem is super sweet and friendly along with the rest of the staff members here . It’s always nice atmosphere and all of the employees truly try to make their customers have a smile on their faces. You won’t be disappointed in the service . Please give them a chance .

I pass by this location on my way to work, and unfortunately I had to stop by today. They are very nice here, but lack ANY since of urgency. Let provide examples. One time I came there were a few people in line. Approximately 3 or more people working. The cashier was ringing up people and although rather were at least 2 others working, no one was working on orders beside the cashier. I want to yell “someone help her, the line is growing.” Today’s example: I walked right up and the cashier did her part and made my coffee within 2 minutes, but the guy on hashbrown duty was moving at his own pace. He literally picked out each hashbrowns 1 by 1 and then recounted. It’s the morning rush with no rush and so disappointed when i go to other places, and they make no effort to get u out the door. I guess I’ll just try harder and avoid this slow mo location.

I just visited the store this morning to get some donuts. I have coupons for 12 free donuts but the employee refused to redeem my coupons for 12 donuts and said that he can just redeem for 2 donuts. There is nothing mentioned anywhere that I can use just two of them. If this is the case there is no point in visiting Dunkin everyday and not redeem my points when I need them.

Terrible management and service. Waited over 7 minutes with only 2 people in line.They were trying to figure out their DD app to pay and had complicated orders. Although there were two employees, they deployed both of them to finish one order. All I wanted was coffee. A 30 second order. I walked out when it became obvious it would be another several minutes to get coffee. I will go to the nearby McDonald’s for coffee next time.

Whenever I go to a Dunkin Donuts, I always order the same thing: Sausage with Egg and Cheese on a Croissant – it’s the best. However, the one I got from this Dunkin location was the best ever! At other locations, the egg is mostly the egg-white, you can barely notice the yolk, but not here. Afshan Umrani made me the best Sausage Egg & Cheese Croissant I have had in a very long time. The meat was perfectly cooked, the croissant was crispy and the hash-browns were just perfect, not burnt. I highly recommend this location.

Nice place. Staff is cool. Donuts were fresh and good. It’s within a gas station with a hot dog stand and even a basketball hoop so they got everything. It’s perfect.
