Went to this subway tonight and the service is the best it has been in a long time. There was only one worker. Her name is Ethel. She definitely needs a raise. She was calm and collected while getting all the orders from walk ins and mobile orders. She busted her hinny all while having amazing customer service. Subway give Ethel a raise!

One of the worst subways I’ve been too. Assistant manager had no care or concern for providing good service. Meat and cheese portions were incorrect (6 meatballs for a footlong, 3 pieces of cheese) all topping piled in the middle of the sandwich. Dont waste your time or money on this place.

Fast service but these girls keep a nasty store . tables are dirty even during down time and dine in baskets come with extra bread crumbs. Beead is kinda stale. Seems they lack ability to keep a clean store .

Chase wasn’t an approachable welcoming employee during our interaction and I unfortunately, didn’t have a chance to order food. I do understand it’s just him at the time and it’s busy. I’d recommend listening to your customers and not brushing them off. I wouldn’t eat here, nor would I recommend anyone to eat at this establishment. To Chase, hopefully you do better!

One of the worst visits i’ve ever been to any subway that I have been to. Went in there to get 2 subs cause I’m on lunch break. They asked me what I was paying with. I said a $100 bill pulled it out. Oh, we have to send you next door because we don’t have any money in our drawer. Then got harassed in the store.

I walked in and was viewing the menu when an older woman walked out and asked if I was ready to order, to which I replied, “ No ma’am I’m waiting on my girlfriend.” She then says in a snarky voice can I start your order then. My girlfriend comes and we start ordering and everything we ordered seemed to be too much of a hassle and we were annoying her. I will never be visiting this subway again!

There was one unfortunate young gentleman making sandwiches as fast as he could. He had no help. He wasn’t alone, there was an older woman doing other work, but I guess the line out the door wasn’t important enough for her to help out. We waited 45 minutes for an app order. 3 customers left because of the wait. Who is this woman and why wasn’t she helping? She wasn’t bringing ingredients to the prep tables. Maybe she was cleaning. Doesn’t matter, customers are waiting, and potential customers are leaving. I see others have referred to a useless, rude older woman as Ethel. Maybe that’s her. Whoever she is she shouldn’t be working at a restaurant if she can’t be bothered to help out when things get busy.
Food was as expected. Store was as expected. It’s a Subway.
Do something about this lady and that poor young man a raise.
Two stars because the food was exactly as expected, but mostly because of the amazing young man twhonwas holding the entire store down single handedly. I’d give 5 starts.

The lobby was nasty, floor soaking wet to the point our shoes got soaked. Chase was running the line, about 6 people, and finally Ethel came from the back and half way helped him while being rude to the poor guy. After bagging our food she totaled us out and walked away before I even finished paying. I won’t be back.

Well again we did an online order saying ready 15 mins. We show up after 20 min and go to the pickup and the girl says I haven’t done any online orders yet. At this point the line 5 people and we have to sit and wait. How do you have a business and only have one person to do everything in the store. The employee was really nice but the owners should have a better staffing plan

Horrible horrible experience. Never witnessed such bad customer care in my life. Waisted a hour of my time, and delayed my road trip. The workers couldn’t get along and they keep quitting on each other in the midst of making sandwiches for customer. It was so chaotic I didn’t even get my food. Needless to say I’ll be deleted the subway app and I’ll never set foot in a subway.
