I ordered the small classic cheesesteak and found this in the food. A hard white object in the sandwich. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I suggest not ordering from here.

I do not recommend getting takeout from this place; it is overrated. My food was not good—my turkey was dry, and the sandwich was made sloppily. I asked for a bottle of soda, but they sent me a fountain drink instead. The fries were okay, but overall, I was disappointed.

I ordered an order for pickup. I ordered the Chicken Balsamic Salad and a Medium Cold Bobby sandwich. The lady who gave me my order acted as though I was bothering her. The sandwich had lots of mayonnaise but not much of anything else. The salad was a joke. The bowl was only half full of lettuce, had maybe eight cranberries and not even a quarter of a chicken breast in contrast to the menu photo. Neither was worth what I paid for them. This was my first and last meal at this place. Don’t bother ordering from here.

I went to Capriotti’s hoping to get the plant-based chicken sub, but this location doesn’t offer it. I ended up ordering the regular chicken steak sub, which was decent, the flavor was fine and the portion was good. The staff was friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated.

I have tried ordering takeout online from this Capriotti’s on a few separate occasions, and my orders are never correct. One time I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and received a regular cheesesteak and had to drive to the restaurant to have them fix it. My boyfriend always orders regular cheesesteaks with no peppers and always ends up getting peppers. They don’t read the tickets that come in is my guess. If you alter your sandwich, I’m willing to bet it’s going to be wrong.

I sooooo want to love Capriotti’s given the daily freshly roasting turkeys rotating on the spits buuuuuut I cannot. The shredded turkey which I guess was pulled and then re-shredded tastes like week old leftover Thanksgiving turkey that’s been sitting in the fridge for a week. I’ve given them 4 tries now and each time I just shake my head and think how hard can it be to make a decent tasting homemade-ish sandwich? The dry tasteless dry bird is supposed to be the centerpiece but no matter what condiments are put on the sandwich (in my experience) the outcome is the same. It’s too bad because having a non-deli meat option is so appealing but dang I just can’t. Oh and tried a salad for the first time… remember the Wendy’s slogan Where’s the beef… well where’s the chicken? SMH

The food here is so good! I’ve gotten subs from here multiple times but today I got a turkey caesar salad. They pack their sons with stuff so you don’t feel like you’re getting ripped off and the price point is pretty average so you’re not breaking the bank. The staff is always nice when I go inside but I always order online so my stuff is ready to go when I get there. The salads are pretty big and they taste great, definitely worth your money. Place for lunch or dinner and I’m going to go back many times.
UPDATE: Went back in order food again today, this time I got a barbecue turkey salad and it was awesome. Awesome. They did not go light on the meat and it was hefty, I would definitely order it again and I plan to. A picture of the salad will be provided.
UPDATE: today my work and I got Capriotti’s . This time I got the capistrami sub and it was delicious. It is a sub with pastrami and coleslaw with some cheese and it was so good, it was moist and flavorful and I wish I got the 18 in. They got everyone’s order correct and everyone liked what they got. I’ve added a photo of my subs cross section.

We ordered the Cole Turkey sandwich and the Chicken Chipotle Crunch sandwich, couldn’t even get through half of either of them. It’s like they dumped a pound of pepper on the Chicken Chipotle Crunch that made it inedible. Furthermore, my wife found a hard piece of plastic in her sandwich (Cole Turkey) by bitting into it, and described the taste of the turkey as being similar to what cat food smells like. First and now last time we will eat from here. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I got the Capastrami sandwich. The meat was somehow crispy and cold like it was overcooked and then got cold before it was on my sandwich. I’m not even sure if there was cheese or coleslaw on my sandwich like it was supposed to be, wish I took a picture of it.
The fries were alright but a lot of them were soggy when I picked them up from them being inside of a plastic bag, the steam messed them up. Don’t blame that wholly on the employees, unless they have better ways of storing French fries they just aren’t using. And maybe I just got a bad draw but I had a lot of small bits of fries about half an inch long, hard to dip in anything.
We spent $86 for carry out for five subs and four orders of fries. I remember being disappointed the last time I got subs here but I don’t remember what for.
