The girl taking the order is always very sweet, and the service itself is friendly. My only consistent issue is the amount of sauce that comes on the food. Every time I order loaded fries, I ask for heavy ranch because they usually only put enough on there for maybe three fries. Even when I ask for extra, it still ends up being a very small amount.
If I want to actually enjoy the fries without them being dry, I end up having to buy extra ranch cups. I’ve been coming to this Zaxby’s for the past four years, and without fail it’s the same situation every time—either dry food or paying extra for sauce.
Please consider putting a little more sauce on the loaded fries, especially when customers ask for extra.

Zaxby’s in Clinton is honestly one of the nicest locations I’ve been to it’s always super clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food quality is consistently great. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service every time, making sure your order is fresh and just how you want it. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the restaurant neat and giving customers a good experience.

This was so disappointing. The fries were over salted and under cooked, the tossed in sauce buffalo garlic wings were tossed at sauce and almost missed completely and I tasted no garlic. Thank you Coca Cola for a great drink and Zaxby’s for great service but this visit was a busy.

We got the 20 piece wings and a few nibblers, everything came out hot and super tasty like always, we wish there was a Zaxbys in Texas, we always stop at at least one of them whenever we visit family in Georgia. Highly recommend to anyone chicken finger lovers or wing lovers, the wings are big also not your little tiny ones, and the tongue torch sauce is amazing always get that.

I do not understand the hype of Zaxby’s AT ALL. The tenders are small and boring?? The fries are garbage — unevenly seasoned and not thoroughly cooked. The bread is disgusting. I’ve never been to a Zaxby’s — IN ANY STATE — that changed my mind.
