Their deli didn’t look that appealing to me. Pastries looked intriguing but I didn’t try them. They had a pretty large selection of fruits and vegetables. I think Ralph’s across the street is a better option for general groceries, but this little shop isn’t too bad.

Great little market. Meat and produce arw akways feesh and cheaper than your big name stores. The staff are very friendly and speak fluent english and are eager to help if you look lost. They have some products I have inly been able to find in mexico, so it is nice not to have to go far to get my international favorites.

I found this market by asking Google for an ITALIAN market near me. This is not Italian. I would say Hispanic. The meat was beautifully arranged and looked fresh, but they didn’t have what I had wanted.

Awful service, the man in the store definitely hates his job. The prices are more expensive than any other similar store and in top of that they charge a 10% fee if you pay with credit/debit card, ridiculous.

Great variety of Hispanic foods, including some of my Peruvian and Salvadorian faves in the freezer section. Has a deli counter (didn’t try, so can’t comment). The fresh fruit and veg area is clean and had good plantains when I was there. Compact, but nicely stocked, store.

Love shopping here. Whether I want to get one of those hard to find inka colas and some kinder buenos, or if I want to stock up for the barbecue with some frozen shrimp and some marinated steak and chicken this is always a great experience shopping at La Valentina’s . The cashier’s are always super nice to me so that’s always a plus as well.
