Jason and Natalie are absolutely AWESOME!!!! EVERY TIME I GO THERE, MY SUB IS ALWAYS FRESH AND MADE PERFECTLY!! Jason Is such a hard worker so friendly and always make sure to tell me thank you and have a good day. Natalie is the absolute sweetest! when those two are working. I know I’m going to get a perfect sub and Amazing customer service those two make an awesome team and truly are an asset to the company. The owners of this Subway® are Just as amazing! very friendly people the restaurant is clean and the food is fantastic. I recommend this Subway® over all of the others! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The older lady with glasses and long black hair is rude! I was ordering sandwiches for my family and in the middle of my order she tries to take care of the lady behind me. I told her I still had another sandwich. She never asked me if I needed more or not. Just jumped to the next person. The lady taking my order got snippy when I told her I had one more sandwich to get. Well honey found out I’m not the one. She asked me three times what cheese I wanted. When my daughter was making her sandwich, she told the lady at least twice what cheese she wanted. After finishing my order, then she finally asks if I had anymore sandwiches. Then she looks at the lady behind me and said “okay ma’am, I guess I can take you now” while giggling. The lettuce was brown. The spinach looked wilted. All of these subway stores in the shenango valley give horrible customer service. What used to be our favorite place to eat, have turned into the worst.

Too bad you cannot rate as negative stars. This store deserves -5 for a rating. The old woman whom I assume is a manager working today with glasses (working alongside a young girl) was incredibly nasty and rude. The absolute worst attitude ever towards customers including myself. She was interjecting herself into my interaction with her employee who was doing a good job on her own…I guess she couldn’t stand seeing her employee treating a customer with kindness and respect. It was so bad that the young girl was very visibly uncomfortable with the managers actions and attitude. I will never ever go back. I’d rather sacrifice the drive in the opposite direction to go across state lines for a sub served by workers who know how to treat their paying customers.

My family order subs on Saturday we all ended up with food poisoning. My daughter was so bad I had to take her to the ER.

Had to wait 10 minutes for the 1 employee to do a door dash order while I waited in the lobby. Walked out before I ordered, your loss. Maybe the second employee hiding in the back should have come out to help. Horrible service

I was in the location in Sharon PA: 869 E State st. The young man who took my order was great, enthusiastic, made my sandwich perfectly. And the lady who appeared to be his boss was wonderful as well. The place is clean, friendly. Very nice experience. Thank you!

Worse customer service.
Went to get a sub from the Sharon Subway . First, had to stand or recognized for 5 minutes while lady organized the “veggies” . Only one other person was there. Then she gets a personal phone call and leaves me to take call. Then tells the guy to hold up a dirty rag as he was getting ready to make my sandwich and NOT change his gloves.

If I could give negative reviews I would. 1st off very bad customer service. The guy that rang us out was very rude. He wasn’t going to give us our receipt and tried to take it back from me when I grabbed it. Also got an attitude when I expressed my confusion on why a subway wouldn’t take a subway coupon, when I presented it. 2nd off I asked for extra cheese and they didn’t put extra cheese on it and still charged me for it.
Never go here. I sure as hell will not be nor will any of my household.

The service was wonderful and the lady who works there was very friendly. I ordered a “cold cut combo” and didn’t realize until afterwards that she had put only bologna on it, instead of ham,bologna and salami. It wasn’t really a big deal to me, it was still a damn good sandwich and I will definitely be going back.
