Went in to get a pizza and a salad for dinner tonight. Our pizza was made poorly, looked terrible, salad container was nearly empty and the staff was incredibly rude. I feel it was a waste of money, wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and won’t be back.
Update: To help remedy the issue the owner copy and pastes a reply with a link for me to waste my time adding more info instead of a genuine apology or a solution…

I went to Papa Murphy’s website and ordered at the Placer address. I ordered 3 thin crust pizzas for a total of about $90.00. I went to pick up the pizzas and saw that they were on special. I asked for a refund because I did not see the special price on the website. These two kids told me that they have nothing to do with the online ordering and they can’t give me a refund. I was baffled. The receipt literally says “for order issues please contact the Placer Store” with the store phone number. These kids couldn’t have cared less. They told me they don’t honor issues made by the online ordering service and have nothing to do with them. That’s odd because I ordered online, the order went to the store and they fulfilled it. But they have nothing to do with online ordering. I asked for the manager. He came out and some non manager kid started talking over the manager. I then called and said that I was directed to their store for issues. They told me to call headquarters and that I could Google the phone number on my own. Never going here again. Insane.

I placed an order online with this placer location, got up to the counter to pay and they informed me they ran out of cheese for the stuffed crust. The girl working asked if I would like to upgrade to a family size for the inconvenience, I politely declined. So my pizza wasn’t even being made and pushed me to the back of the line when I was even 10 minutes over the time it was to be done. Then I also ordered a Cesar salad and they had none in the cooler, she then asked if I would like one of the 3 salads sitting out and I declined and asked if they could make one real quick. She said she couldn’t leave her register and I asked if one of the 6 other people working could and she said no they are busy. This was a $30.00 order also… needless to say the worst experience i have ever had with this location, they couldn’t bother to call to let me know they were out of things so I didn’t have to waste my gas or at least change my order and not have to wait another 25 minutes. I ended up walking out with no pizza or salad and went to safeway and bought a frozen pizza. Now eating a hour and a half later. Very disappointed. This has never happened at this location.

I hate that this location is the closest to me. Any order is never correct. But tonight takes the cake. I ordered the bacon artichoke stuffed crust pizza that is originally white sauce. I’m highly allergic to tomatoes so I always pick a pizza without red sauce. After baking and cutting it, it had red sauce. But calling the store to have it remade was a headache. I don’t think the lady on the phone took it all that serious and lacked professionalism. And wanted the pizza back. Normally wouldn’t bother me but making the comment ooo it’s still warm just irritates me. And to tell us it’s complicated. Really it’s complicated to do your job correctly? Corporate should come in and get a new crew because this place always makes mistakes and doesnt take the accountability and shrugs off allergies. Plus I think a new crew would save the company lots of money!
