Wish I would’ve checked my order before getting home. Missed 2 sauces on my papa dillas and the wings which are pictured were a joke barely tossed with garlic Parmesan or bbq. Nice people not great quality food.

I ordered 2 pizzas and an order of parmesan garlic wings for delivery. One of the pizzas was so overbaked, the cheese dried up and all you could see was the crust underneath, not even the sauce. The other was supposed to have extra cheese and that one was so overbaked there was barely the regular cheese topping on it and the wings were just regular wings. I wish I would have taken pics of the pizzas before I got rid of them…and the manager on duty didn’t have a care in the world. He sounded as if it made no difference to him. I was told all the drivers were out on deliveries so I couldn’t get my order remade, even tho I offered to come pick them up, so I was offered a refund or rather a void on my card for the order, but I honestly don’t believe he put the refund through. This manager was the absolute worse. I believe he was just saying whatever he needed to get me off the phone

Papa Johns’s Pizza is one of the chain stores with good quality for the price. Service is okay and customer service is acceptable. They have some coupons available, both in-store and online, but the in-store location doesn’t accept them—only online orders work with coupons. There’s no indoor seating, but there are a few tables and chairs outside. Overall, a good option for takeout or delivery.

The most unique pizza experience. The pizza was delivered on the ground of the front door without calling/knocking/etc to say that it’s delivered.

I know this ain’t right! Where is the sauce. When you order these boneless wings the photo online shows them fully covered and tossed in sauce. There is barely anything on them. Not tossed, nothing. A drizzle is more like it.

Alright… after the 10th order of their chicken nuggets with a splash of buffalo sauce (buffalo boneless wings) I must right a review of how little effort is put into these. Like how is this ok? Top it off 1/2 the time they do not I clue the condiments for them.

Had a terrible experience today. Made an online order that never moved along in tracker. Waited 30 minutes. Called store. No answer. Went to store. Lights on, door locked, no one inside, dough on counter. Other customer tried the door also. Went home. Tracker said my order is ready. Called store and no one answered. Called national customer service. Said they refunded my order and would do nothing else to help. Wasted time, gas and money and still no food. No one at papa johns cares.

I really love this place. However I waited 1 hour and 30 mins for a small pizza after being told it would be 45 mins. There was only 1 person working the entire store and he was touching money and then cooking without washing his hands. Then I get a pizza that looks like it was thrown together and burnt on the ends. Needs more help and better training.
