I wanted to like the food more with its awards, but I thought the food overall was generally under seasoned. I got the seafood tasting menu, and the second course (poke with Indian flavors) and the main (Vietnamese/Cajun fried trout) were imaginative, but just bland, lacking in salt and spices. It’s odd as these dishes are inspired from some of the most flavor-rich cuisines of the world.

Otherwise, I enjoyed the first and third courses alongside the dessert. The cod was fried masterfully. However, missing the mark on two of the five courses seem a bit high, especially given the price.

We got the sake pairing. It’s a fun way to taste a variety of sakes, but I didn’t find it too necessary to enjoy the tasting menu.

Our service was fast and prompt, with the wait staff being very accommodating.

Hands down one of the best restaurants in Santa Fe. Had a lovely dinner and the food was amazing, the staff was kind, and it’s just always a joy to eat there. Every dish and drink they make is crafted with such care. I have had a few variations of the tasting menu and they always knock it out of the park

This place is amazing. We did the sample menu with the sake pairing and it was fantastic. The food is fantastic, better than the Asian fusion restaurants in San Francisco. You should not miss this place when you are in Santa Fe. The chef, Erica is awesome as is her menu.

There is only one word for this place, WONDERFUL!! We ordered the 5-course tasting menu. ERIKA, the chef, is great! Server LILA, helped us with a smile all the time, and she share all her knowledge about sakes, everything was great from start to desserts.

I looked at the menu and thought, hmph…not impressed. But we ordered anyway and boy were we thoroughly impressed! The food was phenomenal. Chef should consider hiring someone to rewrite the menu descriptions because most things did not sound all that alluring to try. But what a flavor explosion every bite was and the cocktails were equally amazing. We wanted to try so many of those! Highly recommend this gem just off the square.

This is a must visit restaurant! It’s rare to find Vietnamese food of this calibre and inventiveness in the States. Incredible use of flavours and presentation is beautiful. The chef has really created something wonderful with this restaurant.

Great fine dining place. Overall I personally would think it’s Michelin recommended level with great price, close to star.

We did the a-la-carte, their tasting menu closes at 8:00 p.m.

Food tastes great especially the pani puri, the crackers and the coffee flan. If you are not NM local, you may want to ask for less salt or oil since the taste is adapted towards New Mexico’s style, but again, food gave us surprisingly good taste!

Service is good and serves at right time, right order.

This is definitely one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I have eaten at. A high-end modern take on Vietnamese food, we just had 4 appetizers and wine. Every dish was fresh, well put together, and delicious. The wine list is not huge, but all the white glass wines we had were delicious and well-matched with the food. And we tasted all the white glass wines.
Oh, and we had the Fire Horse cocktail to kick things off. It was fun and delicious.

Highly recommend this place, and hope they can open a place in Portland, where I am from

Service was spectacular. I workshopped not one but two secret handshakes (snail). Food was comparable to where I eat weekday lunches in Vancouver. Maybe it’s something special in Santa Fe, certainly is not up to west coast standards.
