Hi everyone, how are you all? I ordered from this Subway. They only put two patties in my footlong, cut in half, even though I’ve been eating Subway for a long time. A footlong usually has four patties. When I asked the employee why there were only two patties in the sandwich when there should be four, he started saying, “Only two patties are put in here, and they even charged me 13.2 dollars for it.”The foot-long egg sandwich is supposed to have four patties. They only put two. Employee are liars.

Excellent experience from the service, the atmosphere and the food is delicious. Got the Blueberry Lemon Pound cake brew and it was delicious! Definitely get the cheese curds, they are so delicious. We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and it was fantastic! Will definitely go again and recommend.

The food and service were great. BUT THE BATHROOM. Oh my word, disgusting. There was an unprofessional sign above the toilet stating “yes, it does flush you just have to hold the handle down until it clears. You may have to flush several times.” The user before me did not read the sign. Gross.
There also wasn’t a hook on the wall for me to hang my purse so I had put it on the unmopped floor. Strongly encouraged others in my group to visit the restroom elsewhere.
The store is off the highway and the restroom was constantly being used by both travelers and locals during our visit. The employees also deserve better conditions at their workplace.

I have never posted a review before and I just wanted to let people know to double check what they charge you. I don’t know if this was on purpose but I ordered a foot long white with turkey, pepperoni, and bacon, shredded cheese lettuce ranch and onions. When I went to pay they charged me 19.24$ I asked “for just the sandwich, not a meal?”they said yes. I looked at the receipt they charged me double bacon and turkey. I put the exact same order into their app it rang up 12.99$ before tax. The guy working was very friendly and helpful. He had no problem fixing it for me. The lady who had originally did my order got an attitude and seemed very upset that I came back in. I’ve never had issues before with this subway before and just wanna warn people to double check their prices.

I just want to thank this subway! We had them cater a baby shower. Amanda was awesome to work with!! Sandwiches were great! They went above and beyond! Thank you so much it was a tremendous help!!

Stopped to pick up a sandwich on our road trip. We may have encountered the same female employee others have mentioned. She was on her phone as we entered and greeted her – no answer, just a blank stare. Said hello again and she still didn’t answer but came to assist us. Everything was very repetitive and she seemed to have a hard time understanding very simple conversation. We said we wanted lettuce for example. She then asked, without looking at us, “What do you want on your sandwich?” This continued throughout the entire sandwich-making process. We almost walked out a few times – it was so annoying. I don’t think she could handle having more than one customer in the store at a time. She didn’t seem to know that a 12-inch sandwich was the same as a footlong! This experience was definitely NOT up to normal Subway standards.

Went in for lunch. A single worker who had absolutely no craps to give. I have never seen slower service. Even when a sandwich was toasting, just stood there instead of starting the next sandwich. Waited 10 mins and she didn’t complete a single sandwich. Had to leave, there was only a single person in front of us, but couldn’t wait another 15 mins to start our order. Went across the street to Casey’s and got pizza and snacks. Drove off and saw the person in front of us still waiting at the counter.

If I could figure out how to give 0 stars i would! We frequently travel between Des Moines And Omaha. We have stopped here a few times and it only gets worse. Today again there was only 1 employee creating a line pretty quickly. This delayed our stop even longer (more than double time that it should have taken). The food was not fresh tasting and the soda machine was out of order. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! No toilet paper, solid waste floating in the bowl, no hand towels and the floor was sticky. While the sandwich maker greeted us he was not friendly or apologetic. Also missing his front tooth putting greater question his hygiene and the cleanliness of the place. We will NEVER stop here again! Go the extra mile, stop at another exit, avoid at all cost!!!
