The staff are very friendly! The place very clean and the food was amazing! I’ve been wanting to come here for the longest time and I’m glad we made time during lunch. We saw a lot of take out going out so I’m sure these were returning guests based off the orders that were placed. For appetizers we got the fried lumpia. The lumpia was so good. It was stuffed with ground pork and veggies/ noodles served with fresh lettuce and bean sprouts. For drinks we did the calamansi iced tea. The teas were very minty and refreshing which was perfect for that Guam Heat. For our entrees, we got the fried pork chop(came with 2 scoops of rice and salad) and combination noodles which had pork, chicken and shrimp. One of the managers came out to inform me that they were out of chicken broth but mentioned I could change it to beef broth. I took his suggestion and I’m glad I got to try the beef broth. The beef broth was so flavorful and the protein was flavored well and were very juicy and the portion (Pho Noodles, 3 types of protein shrimp, chicken and pork with basil and bean sprouts on the side) are definitely worth the price and we had left overs to take home. I can’t wait to eat here again. Thank You Pho Bolsa!

Service is good. Pho is good too. However they use a lot of MSG on their food. We noticed it with our fried chicken. We can visibly see the msg and granules. It’s just too much. Fried chicken is just coated with it.

1st time experience at Pho Bolsa & the food was 10/10! We ordered Bahn Mi, Pho w/ all of the toppings & Bahn Cuon (Rice Rolls) – 100% authentic in taste & in presentation! That’s from a person with a very high standard for Southeast Asian cousine! Just as good as my mom & grandma makes it! I legit almost cried. The baguette was fresh & warm – the broth was rich, clean & flavorful – you can tell that they didn’t cut any corners while making it! I was very happy to see Bahn Cuon on the menu! Very brave because this isn’t a normal dish you’d see on a traditional menu – more so something you’d only see in a Vietnamese home. Comfort food for the soul! Will be back. Will be telling all of my friends. This is the #1 spot for Vietnamese food & Pho on the island & yes – I have tried every Vietnamese restaurant! Thank you Pho Bolsa!

Our new go-to spot for pho! But not only do they have great pho, let me put you on their Banh Mi. The photo does not do this sandwich justice. The baguette has the perfect balance with nice crust and soft interior. ALL of the ingredients were fresh, from the meats to the pickled veggies. Condiments weren’t overdone or overpowering. I have not had a Banh Mi sandwich this good in a long time! I’ll add that the service is great and quick. The place may get a little packed but that just speaks to how good the food is. Happy to add Pho Bolsa to our list of foodie favorites!

Randomly stopped by while traveling because we were craving pho for dinner.
Although it’s not located near a tourist area, visiting this place turned out to be one of the best choices we made. The portions were generous, and even though we had asked for no cilantro, it was added by mistake—but they kindly remade it without when we pointed it out. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Phenomenal. Authentic Vietnamese food, great service, absolutely delicious. We ordered two types of pho, salted cream coffee, and a bánh mi to share. The food came out quickly, and was mouth watering. Soup was perfectly flavored, with the traditional fresh toppings made available. Meats were tender and spiced exactly right. Bánh mi was a perfect combination of flavors, crusty bread, and fresh fillings. The house made chili sauce was also worth mentioning; I wish we could have taken a jug of that home with us. We’ll definitely be back! Pho Bolsa is a great addition to Guam’s competitive restaurant landscape.

First time here and the pho broth is good. But its alot of noodles and not much meat. I think the soup is good for two people? We also order the fresh lumpia, but the wrapper was quite hard, it doesnt seem “fresh”.

1st time I tried eating here and it was a great experience. Their chicken pho was on point. The fried lumpia was crunchy and it comes with fresh ingridients like bean sprouts and romaine lettuce. The servers were also attentive to the guest. If you’re looking for authentic vietnamese food on Guam I really recommend this place. By the way, don’t forget to try their famous vietnamese coffee either ice or cold. Will definitely come back and try the other entree next time.

I ordered the combination pho, salted caramel coffee and banh mi sandwich. The food tastes good. Issue is that meat in pho were small, two pieces of each. It wasn’t like meat were big pieces, they were small cuts. Didn’t get a whole meatball, it was two slices of a half meatball. The broth tastes good. My drink was not made until 20 minutes getting served my pho. I didn’t realized it would take that long to make the coffee or else I would order a different drink. It tastes good. The milk foam added made it interesting. Services were slow and only had three tables the most. Overall, Pho Bolsa, food is decent, nothing impressive, serves is slow but the food actually comes out fast, probably will not visit again.
