Absolutely phenomenal. Crackersnacks BBQ is hands-down some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had—every bite is packed with rich, smoky flavor that hits just right. The meat is perfectly cooked, tender, and full of that deep BBQ goodness that keeps you coming back for more.
The staff here are incredible—genuinely friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. You feel like family the minute you walk in.
Do not skip the candied bacon. It’s pure magic—sweet, savory, crispy, and addictive. Seriously, if they sold it by the bucket, I’d buy two.
Both of their signature sauces are fantastic, whether you’re into sweet heat or bold and tangy. They complement everything without overpowering it.

This bbq is amazing (transplant from the deep south, speaking) it’s as good as the bbq I’ve gotten in FL, GA, NC etc at the scary roadside shack! The portions are huge, the sauces are amazing (try the cowabunga!) And the sides are huge! And I had no idea until tonight that they deliver! PS no pics cause we ate it all!

What a great find. It’s a roadside stand type place so I applied the atmosphere star to our overall experience which was great. I believe the owner took our orders, explained options/recommendation, just great service. As newbies we got a free sample of the candied bacon and it’s delicious. Wife had chopped chicken, pulled pork and ribs which she said were terrific.Our son had the brisket with beans and cheesy potatoes which he devoured without sharing. I had smoked baked potato w/o meat, incredible. Looking forward to our next visit.

This barbecue smacks the owner is very cool. I love that cornbread with the candy bacon. The mac & cheese was great. The pulled pork had a wonderful flavor to it and I love that everything is scratch made 100% will be back and recommend all my coworkers.

We called them right as they were closing and we asked if they’d stay open a few minutes late for us. They Said on the phone that they didn’t have much left but we didn’t care cuz we needed some quick good food. We got brisket, the best baked beans I’ve ever had in my life, coleslaw and cornbread muffins. Everything was excellent and they gave us a discount because it was the end of the night and they wanted as little to go to waste as little as possible. Oh, and the candied bacon. You’d think you died and went to heaven. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Visited this place on a whim yesterday during my daughter’s hair appointment. It was in the afternoon and there was no one there (no idea how I got lucky there) I walked right up and was greeted with a candied bacon and all the info I needed to order. I got a 2 meat/side combo – chicken and pulled pork, Mac n cheese and cornbread with cheesy potatoes. I tried a little bit of everything but this is a lot of food for one person! I had it for lunch and dinner. Favorites were cheesy potatoes, the bacon, & jalapeno corn bread and pulled pork. They were all great but, those were my favorites. He was also so nice and walked the order to my car after. Make sure to stop by at this place if you’re around!

I was very disappointed in my selection of meat I ordered. It was a catering order
The 6lbs of pulled pork were overlyseasoned and really dry. He suggested to turn it over within the pan before serving. There were no juices in the bottom. I also ordered 5lbs of smoked chicken. I felt it tasted just like pork, same over seasoned dry rub. The chicken was not pulled but chopped bite-sized pieces. Then the 2 racks of ribs were completely black on the outside and completely dry on the inside. Bbq sauce was a must. Not sure how the meats were prepared, there was no flavor of being smoked, just a burnt and highly spiced taste.

My fiance does not like bbq because of the price to what we end up with mediocre bbq that wasnt worth it. Usually has no flavor too much salt and too dry. NOT THIS PLACE!!!! The ribs were so meaty AND juicy! The pulled pork and brisket moist and smokey! The baked beans were delicious! Smokey, sweet and spicy all a layers as you chew them. Green beans and bacon, need i say more? The candied bacon!!! Oh my goodness!! That is your dessert right there! They could even put chocolate on that candied bacon and i could have a pound of that! So, so delicious! Definitely check this place out if you have not!! Dave is super nice, professional and has great customer service. I emailed about 12-18 different food trucks for a wedding i was planning and he was the ONLY one to contact to me and walk me through their menu, pricing and what they offer. If you have them cater your wedding or just going out you have made the right choice! Thank you Dave!!!

Edit: I’ve been back many times and continue to be blown away. So far I’ve tried:
Pulled pork: tender, flavorful, great seasoning choice
Chopped chicken: moist, delicious
Brisket: fell apart in my mouth. Even the fat was delicious. On par with the best meats I’ve ever had. Insane
Mac n cheese: amazing. Also somehow easy on the lactose intolerance.
Sweet bbq: the meat is so good half the bites I don’t use it. So I store it for later and use it on everything else. Sweet and tangy but not too much. The perfect accent
Corn bread: amazing
Jalapeño corn bread: amazing plus candied bacon and some kick. Adds a super unique flavor to the plate.
And now the cheesy potatoes. I am so picky about cheesy potatoes but there was no hesitation when they told me they added it to the menu. They’re perfect
