NEW OWNERSHIP. The place is very clean and remodeled. The owners are very nice and very involved in daily operations. In my opinion this is way better than Taco Bell or Del Taco. If you haven’t tried this Franchise you really should. You won’t be disappointed. Call me out if you have a bad experience. One of the cleaner fast foods in Roosevelt. Also don’t judge it by one bad review. I’ll bet that same person still come back to eat here. Here is food for thought. Did you know a person is 3x more likely to leave a bad review. A satisfied never and a Extremely happy person sometimes does. So help out if you are happy because thay generates 5 to 6 new customers to try it out. I had a great experience!

I was hopeful when I saw Taco Time had reopened, especially since the old location had become so dirty that I stopped going altogether. I will say they’ve definitely cleaned up the restaurant, and it looks much better than it did a few years ago.
Unfortunately, the food experience didn’t match the improved appearance. None of the usual toppings were available unless you specifically asked for them, and several of them came with extra charges. Our food came out cold, and the overall taste just wasn’t good. Plus they forgot some of the food items and when they brought them out, even though we were eating in, they had bagged it. ♂️
The only things we enjoyed were the Mexican fries and the crisp bean burritos.
After being excited to give the new location a try, I left pretty disappointed.
I truly hope it gets better.

Crappy service we waited an hour in line just for the lady at checkout to say can I put you on hold and then proceeds to turn arround and do jack crap. This is unacceptable. They need hr to visit them
They also when we asked for water cups they charged for soda cups. What a scam. I hope they all get fired.

When I was younger I loved Taco Time so much I went out and got a job with them. I must admit I ate more than enough Taco Time food. I still think that their food is good but I don’t think I will need to work for them again though, just for the best crispy bean and cheese burrito. I think I’d rather pay for one before I will ever work for one again. For fast food I still believe that their food is good and worth my time to stop and buy something that I like.

I am a huge fan of Taco Time. The food here is pretty delish and a Lime Ricky is the way to go for a beverage. I like the people that work here very friendly and attentive. The drive thru is slow sometimes to slow and at times the workers have issues with their headsets which can make waits longer. I usually don’t mind but some days it is a painful wait.

Love their fish taco, can’t even get a quick fish taco in Vernal. So Roosevelt taco time is a favorite. And they’ll put any ingredient on the side when I need it. They even asked if I was allergic to tomatoes, just to check up on me and accommodate me. Oh!, and they’re quick & smiley !

I’ve gone to this one a couple times and was very happy with my order but this most recent time I ordered 2 crustos and the bags weren’t even half full and they had barely any cinnamon sugar on them. Every other time the bags were packed full and covered with cinnamon sugar. I was very disappointed.
