Came here specifically for the brisket and it did not disappoint.
The meat was tender, juicy, and perfectly smoked, with a great fat cap and deep, authentic BBQ flavor. You can tell it’s done with patience and real skill.
The place itself is simple and no-nonsense — they let the food speak for itself.
Small minus:
items may sell out early but that’s the price of fresh, real BBQ!
Bottom line:
Excellent brisket, easily one of the best in the area. I’ll definitely be back.

He’s nice to talk to and the food.. I can’t even describe how happy I am to find him Delaware… the food has SO much flavor you’d think that you accidentally became a millionaire somehow. Or that your luck just struck a new high score. That’s how good it is.. Delaware food sucks.. but this beats Delaware by the boot and say “I’m better, and I’ll show this state how to ACTUALLY cook.” ITS SO GOOD

The best BBQ in Delaware that I have found. This has become a regular for me during the week when I need to grab a bite to eat for lunch. John is great and has recommended many different items on his menu for me to try. I personally love the brisket, Mac n cheese, pepper cabbage and don’t forget to try the beef jerky! Driving to it, you wouldn’t think much. Yet, man oh man. Wait until the flavor of all the food hits and you will be returning very soon!

I ordered catering for my business meeting. I called the location to place the order and spoke directly to Sid to place the order. He recommended a set of sides and sauces to go with what I wanted for mains. The communication from Sid was excellent, but the food blew me away. 10/10 would order from Sid’s again.

If you want a BBQ place with large portions and great flavor this is the place for you. I could barely take this picture because I just wanted to eat it instead. Truly tremendous food. The sauce was unreal. If you go here get more sauce, really. Carolina sauce was my fave. Mac and cheese was great, loads of flavor. I loved the macaroni salad, it reminded me of coleslaw so I put it on my sandwich. It’s super clean inside and was fast to get. 10/10 I just wish food didn’t have calories!

We stopped here on our way home and were pleasantly surprised. This BBQ restaurant is a must visit! The food was delicious and the vibe is so cool. Sid was very friendly and nice to talk to. The prices and portion sizes were good and am I am so glad we found Sid’s at C26

Great Barbecue I ordered the Brisket and it was absolutely delicious and two sides. The Mac and cheese was just okay. But the Bake beans were great . I definitely will be returning for More Brisket and will be recommending this place to my friends .
