So I just left from Subway. I ordered a 6 inch Chicken Bacon Ranch with light lettuce a heavy pickles… When I got home I had a very colorful foot long sandwich that I couldn’t eat because I’m allergic to onions…. I called the store multiple times and no one answered and the lady didn’t offer me a receipt so now not only can I not eat this sandwich, I can’t go get it replaced tomorrow because I have no receipt… I live clear across town and only stopped there because I’d been on the highway for 5 hours and it was something light to grab on my way home…. So much for that notion…. What’s the point of having a business phone if no one is going to answer it???? Subway on Sheppard Access, by the way.

Bad customer service. No one at the counter to take orders; cashier’s son had to tell her she had a customer. When she did take my order she rolled her eyes at me for no apparent reason. She also mistook my order, presumably because she had a headphone in and couldn’t hear properly. Interior equipment did not look clean. Will not be doing business here again.

I am writing a negative review for two reasons. One is that my order is frequently messed up. I cannot order online because I have to closely watch them making it and usually say several times what I asked for. Also, the bread at this location is often hard and crusty and seems like old, bread. However, the bigger reason I do not like this location is because one of the workers. There is a woman who works here and is always rude. I have been here at least five times with her working and she is incredibly rude each time. She has done this to my spouse as well. She seems annoyed to have to help people. She has eye rolled, ignoresd me, and snaps at people for simply ordering a sandwich. I go to this location because of convenience but try to avoid going now if possible.

Walked in to no one present at the counter. Lady came out two minutes later and did not even provide a greeting. She did wash her hands, but still absolutely no greeting at all. She then grabbed bread for an online order and started making it while still ignoring us. Finally she says “what do you want?”, just a little customer service would be nice. The whole experience is horrible and we may just stick to the McDonald’s close by and never come back. Subway needs to shop this place to see the bad experience live!

Love the remodeling. However, if you’re remodeling a business your customer service should not be worse than it was before. Shiny new things don’t replace the fact neither of your workers had hair nets on despite both having very long hair. One did have a golf hat on which doesn’t do much when their hair is past their shoulders. They have poor food and safety training with one of them using their gloved hands on their phone then touching a customers food. Do better at training new employees when your old ones were much better. It’s not their fault you can’t train someone properly.

Overall great food however the employees there are lacking in service and quality, made multiple orders throughout my 6 months of going there and have never been fully satisfied with my purchase. Made multiple mistakes in applying prices for an add on which was on one order but they applied it to two, even forget a lot of add ons when I specifically asked for it. Would recommend another place however I haven’t found a place closer than this one.

I want to say the customer service is amazing. There was a mis communication over the phone on our order, but the girl on duty took care of it. She even explained a better way to for me to order in the future via the App or website. Also the sandwiches and cookies purchased were were awesome!! I will send all my co-workers there!!
