The blond haird cashier girl seemed very annoyed that I asked for extra A1 sace for the sandwiches and extra ketchup for the hashbrowns.
Their Doughnuts are really good and so is their Peppermint Mocha however when the Staff such as the Blond haird girl girl makes a customer feel uncomfortable and unappreciated it seriously gives off a bad business vibe!
We will never return to this location again due to the attitude of the Blond haird worker who made us feel un welcomed and uncomfortable.

What kind of donut shop doesn’t have a friggin bathroom!! and that’s probably another reason why people don’t go to them as much as they go to Dunkin! I’m Amazon driver on the road so it’s very difficult to find somewhere in the middle of my route where I can stop and use the bathroom cause 90% of the time they just say no while you’re in the middle of nowhere nowhere near any kind of bathroom and you kind of count on almost every donut place having a bathroom but I guess honey do donuts sucks so that’s why I’ll never go there again especially on my route!

I try to frequent local chains, but this store is dirty, the clerks touch the food with their bare hands after touching money, hair, smoking, whatever. My visit today the store had at least a dozen clues around the counter, it was sticky and dirty, chocolate in the POS … I’ll go somewhere else thanks. No excuse, you had time for a snow but not wipe things down and sanitize?

Absolutely can’t stand this place. Older woman in morning is rude and doesn’t care about service or that place. You’re basically putting her out by asking for a sandwich.

Food and drinks are always good. The staff here are ALWAYS super friendly!! Even considering the place didn’t have air conditioning and it was extremely warm inside. The staff still served a busy store with a Smile!!
