I recently dined at Bo No Nabe for their all-you-can-eat hotpot, and overall it was a very solid experience.
The quality of the ingredients stood out right away. The sliced meats were fresh and nicely portioned, and the seafood options were clean and well presented. The vegetable selection was also respectable—nothing overly fancy, but everything you need for a proper hotpot meal done the traditional way.
The broth choices were flavorful without being overly salty. Once it got rolling, the depth of flavor developed nicely. Their sauce bar had a good range of condiments, so you can build your own dipping sauce exactly how you like it, which I always appreciate in a hotpot spot.
Service was attentive, especially with refills and clearing plates, though during busier times it took a little longer to get additional orders in. The dining room had a lively atmosphere, which is great for groups and family dinners, but it can get a bit noisy.

Been here so many times that I lost count. Food is really good and fresh. Both bún and hot pot are super good. I tried 4 broth flavor already: house, miso, hot and sour, and sichuan. My favorite are house and miso. I do not have anything to complain about the service, 10/10. They really take good care of customers. Super friendly and nice!!! Highly recommend this place!

Took my Son for the lunch special. Service was not great. We had to call the girl to give us more meat and she never came to our table to ask us if we wanted anything else from the menu. It was not busy and she was on her phone. I noticed each time she brings us meat it was browner which I thought was weird. She even pointed for me to leave a tip.

I went with my group of friends and I must say, it’s really good. We got the combo C and the cuts of meat were really tender and the service speed was pretty fast. The broths were pretty good with my favorite being the signature. The owner of the shop was very nice and generous to us and the workers were really nice to us. Not to mention, the juices are also pretty good. I recommend mixing the lemonade with herbal tea. They also have ice cream sandwiches which are pretty good. Overall, great experience and I would come back again with family as the decoration is also very comforting and neat.

We’ve been here twice. We had the AYC lunch. Really great price! Very nice atmosphere, cute and clean. Meat is excellent, tender and flavorful and the variety of dipping sauces is amazing-love, love the Szechuan! The vegetable/fish bar is extensive, clean and fresh. First time we went they also had a fried rice and a corn salad but they didn’t have it the second time and same for tofu. Staff was friendly and attentive but got a little ignored on the second visit. Well worth the price and we’ll be coming back.

Walked in and saw all the decorations in this restaurant. It felt like walking in a Japanese restaurant with the cherry blossom lanterns and bamboo walls. The service was very good and fast. The owner took care of us the whole time making sure we had drinks and refilled our hotpots. The brisket was my favortie meat there and would recommend getting the collegen or hot and sour soup base.
