First time visitor.
We wanted to try something different because we have all the same restaurants at home.
1 – Our server was not as wonderful as the other comments mention. She was rude to customers, and rude to her own teammates. Your face says more than your mouth ever gets to say. Customer service 101.121²
2 – The food was incredibly salty. Chick-Fila is way better on any given day. The bread wasn’t toast but it was gross.
3 – The parking lot is interesting. Everyone is parked on the sides because there are so many spots for pickup & go.
I wish I could recommend, but $1 for a sauce that doesn’t come with your meal? I’ll add photos, but my wife’s sauce barely lined the bottom of the container. I would definitely pass on this one.
I really hope this area gets better food, and attractions because we come down with almost 80 people that don’t want to sit in the resort hotel, and are looking for good good. Unfortunately, this isn’t it.

Great staff & amazing food! Always fresh, consistent, and delicious. So happy that this Zaxby’s is here in Cambridge now. The staff have been so polite everytime I’ve come, drinks are the old school big sizes, prices cannot be beat either!

I recently visited Zaxby’s in Cambridge on 1/2/26, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcome and valued. Mind you the restaurant had a line to Burger King last night and the lobby was packed standing room only. The managers and staff knocked everything out so quickly.
The team was efficient and attentive, making sure my order was perfect and that I had everything I needed. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing great service. Whether it was the General Manager checking in by doing table touches or his staff members working together seamlessly, their hard work and dedication stood out.
And of course, the food was delicious as always! Fresh, flavorful, and served hot. I highly recommend visiting this location if you’re in the area. Kudos to the amazing staff for doing such a great job!

Went here yesterday and the food was pretty good. customer service was alright too. I forgot to ask for sauces before and kudos to Kayla for being so sweet and allowing me to purchase some before getting my food.

The food here is amazing I hear guest saying that they love this place as it is new to Cambridge Md I give this place high reviews and I definitely recommend to check out a Zaxby’s near you if you have one in your area. I also recommend trying the kickin & checkin and replace the drink with a peach sweet tea also the checkin bacon and loaded fries but replace the ranch with Zax sauce instead

The only complaint I would honestly give is how much space is available inside the store yes you can sit outside if you wanted to but not in the cold lol. I also wished that the workers had a break room for themselves then eating with the customers that love to dine in

the staff was well prepared for opening day. they handled it well. they continued to have smiling faces and got through the wait times. food was fresh and the staff was kind. there was a wait but they communicated and handled it the best they could. will definitely be back!

The worst Zaxbys I have ever been to. Food is great when warm. Inside is tiny compared to the numerous other Zaxbys I have been to. So, I order online. They tell me to get the food in 40 minutes. I go in a couple minutes early and it is sitting there ready for me. I go to eat it in the parking lot. Food was cold and not good. Some of the boneless chicken wings were the size of a dime. There was no option on the app to order just normal wings without having to get a meal. Tried to reach out to Zaxbys to voice my issues and have heard nothing back. Shame because I do love their salads and egg rolls.
