Perfect place to stop and grab a bite to eat on our way to the Tulsa Oklahoma Airport. Veggie Pizza and French Dip sandwich was wonderful and filling.
Great location. Restaurant was very clean, and staff was very friendly. My husband enjoyed the Rueben Pastrami Sandwich with Black Pepper Chips and I really liked the Flatbread Cheese Pizza. Menu offers a great variety of flavors to suit your appetite. This location also has a drive-thru option for patrons who are on the go! We enjoyed our dine-in experience.

I’ll start off with I’ve never eaten at any Schlotzsky’s so take this for what it’s worth. We had a fantastic experience here. Food, price and service was on point. Bonus points for having a very nice clean restaurant! I very much enjoyed the French dip calzone and my wife loved the turkey bacon club. Their brand chips are also delicious. Wife and I look forward to returning!

I ordered through door dash and I got the Medium Turkey Original. The only modification I made was no signature sauce. On the menu on door dash and the menu on the website itself the sandwich is supposed to come with 2 types of salami, olives and onions as well as a pickle spear. I didn’t get any of these on my sandwich. This is something i could’ve made at home and saved money.

Almost always mess up our order in some way then act inconvenienced when asked for it to be corrected. Today i asked for no lettuce. Got my sandwich and it had lettuce on it. I showed the lady at the window and she took it back, picked off 3/4 the lettuce then gave it back. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened.

Food is fair; French Dip is good. Have been 4 times and orders have been wrong or missing items 3 of those times. I haven’t seen the front counter staffed since the first time I went at grand opening; kitchen staff in the back were attempting to run the front between making food in the back. Workers seem to be doing their best, but I’d put all of my experiences squarely on management.

Staff doesn’t even know the menu. Ordered the Cheese Original twice, once delivery, once in person. *Both times*, meat was added to the sandwich despite it not coming on the Cheese Original.
In person, staff argued the Cheese Original doesn’t exist, despite it clearly being on the menu.
If you go to this location, check your food well before you leave. Do not order delivery unless you’re okay with getting the wrong order.

Our family of 6 came in Sunday afternoon to grab a decent meal. My wife and daughter both have celiac and we’ve eaten at Schlotzsky’s a few times without issues in regards to their allergies.
This time the food was decent and no reactions to gluten allergies, however, every single one of our meals was screwed up. The two gluten free orders were both made with gluten ingredients and we asked them to be made again, this time gluten free.
I ordered a smoked turkey sandwich only to have just regular turkey. My daughter order a small turkey club and ended up getting my smoked turkey meat. My 4 year old son ordered a kids pizza only to be brought an adult sized pizza.
Overall, incredibly frustrated that the process was error filled and took forever to get our food correctly. Once it was delivered correctly, it tasted good.

So the sandwiches are always amazing. But the cinnabon middle of the rolls has been awful the last couple time I’ve gotten it. Almost taste old or idk but it’s expensive to be gross
