Waited 45 minutes for my order to be sitting by the front door without any notification and then when I was eating my last bite there was a long brown hair (I have a pixie cut) I have ordered here before without complaints but this time around is so uncalled for very disappointing

They get the order wrong every single time..The beach club never has the avocado spread and once they even forgot to put the MEAT in two of the sandwiches. This last time there was HAIR in my daughter’s sandwich. I always use this location since it’s closest but I will not be coming back..there are plenty more in the area.

Honestly, it’s the worst JJ i have I’ve been to. All around a terrible experience. Save your money and time go down the road to another JJ. Freaky fast, should be known as freaky slow. On top of that super rude staff. I will never go back to this store. It is more expensive than the rest on top of that. Good luck to this place, everyone in the store felt the same way as me.
