I’m not the type to write reviews but this has been bothering me, and I believe this has to be said, the barista Vanessa has a major attitude problem. I came in during the morning rush and I could tell she was being so mean to her coworkers and completely ignored me when I tried to ask for help. I’m here all the time and have come to love this store, but her being so passive-aggressive makes it a bad experience every time she’s working. It’s not a good look for the store, especially when it’s busy and everyone is just trying to get their coffee.

Disgusting… I ordered my usual drink and a chicken caprese panini. First off, I never received the panini. Second, I like to have my drinks topped off with cinnamon and this particular barista decided to throw the entire bottle of cinnamon into my iced coffee. Lastly, I have had more than a handful of incidents like this with Starbucks. Ridiculous to treat customers like this.

So , first of all I ORDERED MY CASUAL Daily drink. This is not it sis!!!! They can’t even mix it at least. Out of all the Starbucks in the world, this has been the one with the LAZIEST Employees ever!!!! Full of staff and still can’t correctly make an order. Do not come here. Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving. Got there a little early, per the pick up time. So I gladly wait. 5 minutes after the pick up time, still nothing. I still give a little more time. Finally I decide to cancel and it takes 3 people to cancel my order and I still get sarcasm from the barista. They hold you up and still give attitude! And I could tell I wasn’t the only one frustrated with this place. Poorly managed! The worst

I had the most pleasant experience today, so I had to submit a review. I ordered drive-thru with Jonathan who was so kind and helpful that just by this brief interaction he made my day and I wanna say i can see myself coming to this location daily. His level of professionalism and attentiveness reminded of the times Starbucks’ team members would go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated (like 20 yrs ago). Thank you Starbucks of Commerce (on Washington) for adding amazing members to your location and most of all thank you dear Jonathan for being such a caring human being. You have something extraordinary that reaches people in a very positive way.

Starbucks is not what it used to be, before it used to be a really nice place to come and enjoy coffee. A lot of the staff they have here now, seem like zombies.. There is such a disconnect from reality with these workers that they are only going thru motions. Don’t know if they love their jobs (because it does not show) or they have it. If you don’t tip, they get mad. Really handing over a drink you want at least 20% (well thats what I over heard them saying) if you can’t tip, then customers should not be buying coffee.

I go at least once a week to this location for my Starbucks cravings. I always go around 12 PM – 1 PM. Yes its really busy at that time (Monday – Friday) so expect to be stuck in the drive thru. The service is great though. The workers are always friendly.
