Roman was our exceptional waiter who came and brought our menus And immediately took our drink orders and then took our food orders and very soon.The drink orders arrived. He even gave us complimentary swedish pancakes with lemon lingonberry, pasty stuff that was delicious! There were several of us at the table and three of us ordered chinese chicken salads, which were really delicious. I ordered 3 beef tacos, which were so yummy and added onions to them and the salsa was really good. My cousin ordered some sort of a crab salad and Someone else got huevos rancheros. We all really loved our food and enjoyed the restaurant Immensely. The menu was good and we had many choices.And we were very happy. I recommend that Roman be given a raise or a huge bonus or something. Because he was outstanding!!!!

Great breakfast with the most friendly efficient service. Amazing that the server who mage $6 in tips on my order was 10x more authentic and friendly than our server at a high end steakhouse who made 10x that tip. If I could also recognize the busboy. He was constantly working and washed his hands frequently. Bravo

1st timer at Jack’s Woodside Grille and I have to say it was a pretty good breakfast.
Portions are decent and flavors are good : )
The wait staff were SUPER NICE ….checking in and offering coffee throughout…which is a plus!
The prices are typical for Laguna Niguel.
The Bloody Marys looked amazing but I got a mimosa instead.
Outside tables are available and dogs are welcome
Bar seating as well
Would I go again…. For sure I would!

Excellent breakfast this morning at Jack’s Woodside Grille in Laguna Niguel. We were seated in a nice booth and the ambiance was positive and the restaurant clean. Ashley was our server and provided superb service. My wife and I both had omelets and they were very good and the Swedish pancakes were phenomenal as well. Excellent breakfast spot and highly recommended.

Food here is amazing! Had amazing service. We’re from canada and come down to California for two weeks every November. We have now decided that this will be added to our yearly traditions! Wonderful family owned business which is lovely to see. Everyone here cares about your experience and the quality of food. Cannot wait to come back!

I have been a regular at this restaurant for our weekly breakfast, and typically, we have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seated. However, today was a different story due to Father’s Day. We were informed that the wait would be 45 minutes, but after an hour and a half, we were still waiting.
When we inquired about our seating, the staff informed us that they prioritize reservations made through Yelp. I feel it would have been more respectful if they had been transparent about their booking situation from the beginning. It would have been helpful to know that walk-ins might have a longer wait today.
We have two seniors with us who have become quite upset with the extended wait. I appreciate the restaurant’s usual service, but I would have preferred honesty upfront. I hope future guests receive clearer information to manage their part!

What a little gem of a place! Don’t be discouraged by the center that’s it’s located. The property manager needs to update this center because JACKS is a gem they don’t want to lose. I had the French Dip which beats out Houstons by far, the ajou sauce that it comes with is awesome! My husband had the cheese burger and side salad we shared everything especially the yummy fried that came with my French Dip. You can taste the qualitybingredients it’s not just slapped together with a bunch of salt pour on it. They got it right The owners made their rounds and chatted it up with us a bit. This is a very friendly environment with excellent food ❤️ Wishing you all the success! We will be back for sure and compliments to the chefs

This place is my family’s new favorite breakfast spot. We all loved it! We had the omelette’s and the banana walnut pancakes and they were so good! And the portions are very generous! Everyone in my family wants to go back. We will eat here often.
Also, I think the owner’s name is Jaqueline. She came over and talked to my family for several minutes and was so genuine and kind. The atmosphere felt like a small town diner.
