spilled my milk everywhere.
Coffee, doughnuts, some hash browns. A good and cost effective way to start the day.
Mobile orders for this location is not in function during Fridays Free Donut, you must walk-in.
The cashiers there has a thick accent that she doesn’t speak proper English. Very hard to understand her.
She was rushing me to get my order taken in the morning to get the line moving but her mind was everywhere that also talking to different customers/staffs in the store. She did not give me full attention.
No surprise, the order she took for a family of 3 was wrong, and she charged me more (bought hot coffee but charged me for iced coffee).
Didn’t remind me to scan my mobile code to get a free donut. And when I asked for the Friday free donut, this store couldn’t care less…
She was very mean shouting at me saying it was my fault in front of the whole line. The store manager then came out and rescued his staff pointed at me from a distance and raised his voice saying it was my fault. I felt humiliated as a valued DD customer and I swear to god I would never go back there again nor recommend anyone to go. My little girl was just right to me and watched the whole drama, I felt so sorry for her to experience all these, the donut was for her. Actually, the main reason we were there was just for the free donut for her as a treat. I ended up paying it myself, and she was sad too realizing to put me through all these.
HERE IS THE WORST PART – NO MASK. The cashier did not wear a mask while she was talking to the customer. I guess because her accent that muffled in the mask, she moved the entire mask on her chin. Or the store was small and hot, she decided to wear the mask in a creative way to protect everyone.
For customer experience, money, value, safety during Covid-19, and for your family — STAY AWAY from this location.
