I I ordered two buffalo chicken wings, but they only gave me drumettes with buffalo sauce and a lot of salt on top. I also ordered a bacon cheese burger, but it only had mayonnaise on it, and the bun and fries were extra hard. I definitely won’t be going back to this place.

I’ve had good experience and food from here quite a couple times, but this last time I order from here I was extremely disappointed. There was somethings incorrect. I am paying $8.99 for a complete liquid “strawberry banana smoothie” that has ice cubes floating in what I believe to be HI-C. To an Al’s Burger that is completely missing any Al’s sauce and had the lettuce head core in it and the lettuce had been browning and also I was missing the marinara for the mozzarella sticks.

This place lost my business before they even had it! As you can see in the attached picture, there was a review submitted about 2 months ago as I write this. The review itself was very detailed and very cordial. They even gave this place a few stars which im my opinion was not earned whatsoever!
Here’s wher a it gets crazy. After the individual laid out specific AND PREVENTABLE negative points, the owners response is unbelievable! It was a generic, emotionLESS, blatant disregard (for what was staring him in the face) response. He (OWNER) did respond to the submitted review and at one point stated “We’re glad you enjoyed everything.” NO DUDE! THEY DIDN’T ENJOY ANY PART OF IT!!!
I digress but in closing I want to pass on to the ownrr that I was looking for a new (to me) burger place to order carryout for my family when I came across Al Grill. I will not be spending my money at your establishment solely based on your handling of that other review. I doubt that you’ll even read this just like the other reviews. But if you do read this, you can hold your response. Like I said…. you lost my business before you earned it.

The food is excellent, the service was better. I tried their crazy burger and fries, my friend had the Lebanese sub. Al was very attentive and sweet, he gave us free homemade donuts. My new go to place.

Super friendly family runs the place. I was the guy that walked in 30mins before closing and they happily made me the Lebanese Burger wrap and jalapeño poppers. I rode my motorcycle and they were willing to stay open a few extra minutes to let me finish.
Food was incredible and the place has a really nice local eatery feel where you can stop by and get something filling.

The chicken shawarma pita sandwich was outstanding!! My husband had a burger that was also wonderful. The owner’s secret burger sauce is a must have! Great food and service. We will be back! Thank you for a great meal!!

Update: absolutely not the wrong Als I’m talking about the location on Utica rd in Roseville. Just read another review that said the same thing about old fryer oil.
This place needs to do alot better. The taste of old burned oil in the steak shawarma sandwich made it inedible we had to throw it out. Same goes for the fries.
